Concrete drilling machine,as an important equipment for static cutting and dismantling of concrete structures,it has been widely used in the field of structural reconstruction and shallow sampling.With more and more application of concrete drilling machines in engineering,more and more requirements have been put forward for the equipment.At present,domestic small-scale concrete drilling machines rely on manual positioning and drilling,which makes it difficult forworkers to operate.The frame drilling machine solves the stability of positioning and drilling,but its overall structure is large,which is only used in vertical drilling.To solve the above problems,a new type of concrete drilling machine is designed in this paper.The equipment can quickly complete the positioning and supporting of the drilling machine.It ca also apply a unique feed way,which makes the operation convenient and labor-saving.According to the requirements of drilling work,the overall structure of the new type of concrete drilling machine is analyzed and designed in this paper.Including the design of new feed mode,transmission system,cooling system and the selection of cutting tools.Considering the assembly relationship and structural size of each system,the three-dimensional model of drilling machine is drawn by SolidWorks software,and the strength of key parts is checked;the key parts of drilling rig are meshed by ANSYS software,and the mechanical analysis is completed to understand the stress and deformation distribution of the drilling rig to verify whether the design is safe and reliable;and the modal analysis of transmission shaft parts is carried out.The natural frequency and vibration mode of the transmission shaft are studied to prevent the fatigue failure caused by the resonance of the transmission shaft.In this paper,the connector of drilling rig head is optimized and improved,and the finite element analysis is carried out again.The results show that the effect of stress and deformation of drilling rig cutter head connector is obviously improved after optimization.Figure[48] table [7] reference [42]...
