The traditional ESP is very big and heavy, and it's efficiency is very low. In order to improve it, this paper applies high frequency high voltage transformer and rectifier and DC-to AC converter.The paper firstly introduces the work principle of the ESP and the mode the power supply and control and adopts pulse power supply mode and work situation tailing control mode. The pulse power supply mode can increase the efficiency of the cathode's corona, improve the electrification of the dust and greatly improve the back corona phenomenon on the anode; Work situation tailing control mode and the safeguard can put the system at the good work state and so improve the efficiency of the ESP and reduce the power consuming, and thus the system can work long and reliably.And then the paper introduces the main circuit and the control circuit in the power supply system. Recently the technique and products of power electronics got a very fast development. The advanced products of power electronics (IGBT for example) and the advanced theory of ESP are used to make sure that the system can work reliably and has a high efficiency with a small and light equipment.Finally a conclusion is made that the device can work well on the base of abundant tests and the development direction in the future is put forward.
