| At present,the first batch of solar Stirling engines have been trial-produced in a certain enterprise in China.In order to verify the performance of Stirling engine,this paper focuses on the research on the heating efficiency and temperature uniformity of gas furnace by changing the structure and numerical simulation.In terms of research structure,according to the size of the engine and experience,we design a flat flame type of gas burners,the use of air and gas pipeline set form annular flame,choose the porous structure of flat flame burner,the burner can provide uniform planar flame,eight uniform gas imports,each gas imports around 6 uniform air inlet,direct into the furnace gas and air,after mixing in the chamber of a stove or furnace combustion.By changing the number of gas and air inlets in the burner,the position and number of return pipes,and increasing the number of radiant plates,the flow field inside the heating furnace is studied.In the aspect of numerical simulation,the structure of the heating furnace is optimized,and the flow field analysis and characteristic research of the heating furnace with sub-structure are carried out.By changing the burner of gas and air inlet,back to the position of the trachea and the number and the number of radiant panel structure parameters,such as comparative analysis of different simulation results,finally established 8 gas and every six air inlet gas import distribution,12 muffler symmetrical arrangement of furnace structure,satisfy the heating requirements for Stirling engine heat chamber port.To the design of heating furnace heating effect,on the heating furnace with 3 d modeling software Solidworks entity modeling and import of ICEM mesh division,application of heating furnace in ANSYS17.0 FLUENT is used to numerically simulate the combustion process inside the furnace body,through the simulation analysis,research on temperature field,velocity field distribution map of NO_X,flame surface features,and the gas burners are warm.The research in this paper determines the basic structure of the homogeneous gas furnace,which provides some technical support for the application of gas fired furnace in the future. |
