| As a new form of architecture,prefabricated building is the trend of social development in China.It has the advantages of fast construction speed,small environmental constraints,labor saving,material saving,high quality,clean production and environmental protection.The scheduling problem of prefabricated construction project is related to the cost and time efficiency of the project.Effective scheduling method of a prefabricated construction project can save time and cost and promote it more quickly.This dissertation focuses on the optimization of resource scheduling problem of prefabricated construction projectThis dissertation introduced the research contents of resource-constrained project scheduling and uncertain environmental resource-constrained project scheduling.It focused on the analysis of the specific content of prefabricated construction project scheduling.Considering the uncertainties,the project scheduling problem of prefabricated building was regarded as resource-constrained project scheduling problem under uncertain time.Intelligent optimization algorithm was applied to prefabricated building project scheduling.Due to the poor performance of traditional optimization algorithms in resource scheduling of prefabricated buildings,an improved dolphin swarm algorithm was proposed,which introduced information entropy and adaptive iteration parameters into the basic algorithm.The algorithm measures the uncertainty of dolphin swarm search phase by information entropy and controls the selection probability of search phase to reduce blind search;and through adaptive iteration parameters and dynamic balance,the algorithm reduces blind search.The factor dynamic control algorithm balances search step size,search speed and search precision,and proposes a hybrid improved dolphin swarm algorithm combined with differential evolution algorithm.The improved hybrid algorithm uses differential evolution strategy and comparison mechanism to help the algorithm jump out of the local optimal solution and get the global optimal solution.The benchmark function test and simulation experiments verified the good performance of the improved algorithm in convergence speed and accuracy.The improved algorithm was applied to the optimization of prefabricated project scheduling.A prefabricated residential project was took as an example,the influence of uncertainties was considered,according to the relationship between resource utilization and activity buffer time,a comprehensive optimization model of prefabricated project duration-robustness was established.Combined with the improved dolphin swarm algorithm,the optimal scheduling plan was given.The research in this dissertation shows that the improved dolphin swarm algorithms can improve the convergence speed and accuracy in the resource scheduling of prefabricated buildings.It is feasible and effective.Project resources and duration can be reasonably arranged according to the optimized scheduling plan and provides an effective optimization scheme for the scheduling of prefabricated construction projects. |
