Shock absorption performance of Synthetic surfaces is commonly described by the Force Reduction.The research shows that when the Force Reduction is suitable,it is beneficial to sports performance and injury protection;conversely,it couldn't.In this paper,the numerical simulation and experimental method are used to study the shock absorption experiment,numerical simulation of shock absorption experiment,and shock absorption performance of honeycomb structure.Firstly,material parameters of the composite and Hybrid Synthetic surfaces are de-termined by uniaxial tension experiment and curve fitting based on the Mooney-Rivlin model,which can provide material models for numerical simulation.Secondly,shock absorption experiments of composite and Hybrid synthetic surface samples are carried out referring to <Sports Areas with Synthetic Surfaces for Primary and middle Schools>(GBT 36246-2018),and the Force Reduction were determined.Thirdly,the 3D numerical model for shock absorption experiment of sports areas with synthetic surfaces was established with ANSYS Workbench.Carry out numerical simulation of composite and mixed synthetic surfaces samples respectively,and compar-ed with the results of the shock absorption test to verify the numerical model.Finally,the numerical simulation method is used to explore the shock Absorption Performance of sports areas with Synthetic surfaces of the honeycomb structure.The results show that the errors of two methods are 2.4% and 4.07% respectively,which are both less than 10%.The 3D numerical model for the shock absorption experiment of sports areas with synthetic surfaces is verified.In addition,honeycomb structure reduces the shock absorption performance of synthetic surfaces.This research aims to expand research methods and ideas,reduce the probability of lower limb injury of fitnessers and contribute to the promotion of Chinese sports.
