| According to the correlation research and investigate,select three different fiber type(straight fiber with wire,straight fiber without wire,arc fiber),two different rubber infill type(butadiene styrene rubber,thermoplastic elastomer),four different infill percentage(100%rubber infill,75%rubber infill-25%silica sand,50%rubber infill-50%silica sand,25%rubber infill-75%silica sand),seven different infill thickness(1cm9 1.5cm,2cm,2.5cm,3cm,3.5cm,4cm),two different shock pad conditions(have shock pad,do not have shock pad).The infiltration rate,torque,rebound,surface hardness were tested respectively.The differences and correlations between the treatments and the quality of each use were analyzed.The results showed that:There is a difference between the different treatments and the quality of the different uses.The surface hardness of the artificial turf decreases with the increase of the infill thickness and infill percentage.Shock pad can also decrease the surface hardness.For the infiltration rate,the thermoplastic elastomer Infiltration rate is lower,the infiltration rate of the arc fiber is greater than that of the straight wire,and the torque increases with the increase of the thickness of the infill.After the thickness increases to Icm,it decreases with the increase of the thickness,Fixed level.The interaction between different treatment also influence the synthetic turf quality.For the infiltration rate,there is a certain degree of interaction between the all of the factors,but there is no one factor to show a strong correlation As for rebound and surface hardness,shock pad conditions and infill thickness played a decisive role,is the main influencing factors.Compare with the FIFA Quality,all treatments can meet the requirements about the infiltration and cannot meet the requirements about the torque.And in the case of the shock pad exist and the thickness of the filler is large,it can meet the requirements of rebound height and surface hardness. |
