For a long time,the rapid and extensive development model has made China's urban resilience more and more obvious.Natural and man-made disasters have occurred from time to time.Especially in energy-based cities,the long-term energy exploitation has made the urban environmental resilience problem particularly prominent.The concept of a resilient city has been proposed in recent years,which provides new ideas and planning methods for dealing with urban crises and risks.Urban open space as a material carrier of urban resilience and the development and evolution of important elements are closely related to urban resilience.The open space resilience problem of Daqing City,a typical energy-based city in China,is imminent.A system with complete system and strong implementation is urgently needed as a basis for guiding its development.Therefore,the article takes the open space of the city as the perspective,and conducts theoretical and practical design research on the energy-oriented city of Daqing.The first two chapters combs and summarizes the latest theoretical and practical research results related to resilience cities at home and abroad.The theoretical part summarizes the theoretical development of urban open space and defines the open space of cities,as well as the theory of resilient cities.Origin and development.The practice part focuses on the analysis of successful cases,the foreign case of London's resilient urban green network construction and the domestic case of Huangshi resilience city construction.Through the above analysis and research on the theory and practice of resilient cities,the energy-based urban resilience evaluation index and resilience strategy development steps are established.The third chapter discusses the typical elements that affect the open space resilience of Daqing City based on the above analysis of the urban open space resilience theory and index system.The development law and the development direction under the requirements of toughness are summarized,and the toughness problem of the typical elements of open space resilience in Daqing City is analyzed.The fourth chapter is based on the energy-based urban open space resilience theory evaluation index and resilience strategy formulation steps,and proposes the Daqing open space resilience optimization and reconstruction strategy to achieve the purpose of improving urban open space resilience,in order to cope with future uncertainty.Changes and challenges.These studies have important theoretical and practical significance for the sustainable development of energy-based cities and the exploration of urban potential.Finally,the summary of the open space resilience strategy in Daqing City mainly includes the optimization of urban open space order,such as axis,network,grade,and connection;toughness repair of severely damaged natural elements,such as delineation of protected areas,ecological restoration areas.Open matrix complex and diversity establishment,such as morphological diversity,functional complex,organicity,plasticity;establishment of open space buffering,such as moderate redundancy;improve open space learning ability,achieve dynamic balance Increase the connectivity of typical elements;continuously expand the scale of urban green space,increase the natural surface coverage and propose that these visible open space elements will enhance the intangible urban charm of Daqing City,including landscape,architecture,technology,humanities And so on composed of soft power.It is mainly characterized by the attraction of the people(especially the attraction of talents)and the capacity of the foreign population and the ability to continue to maintain the city's prosperity after losing some talents.The improvement of the city's fascinating landscape has in turn made Daqing a more prosperous and sustainable development.
