Study On Spatial Morphology Of Hefei Binhu New Area

As an important way of urban space expansion,the construction of urban new area has been adopted by urban governments all over the world.Up to: In 2018,the number of new types of new districts set up in domestic and higher towns at the county level has accumulated more than 3,500.However,many urban governments are too much in pursuit of land finance and economic benefits to maximize,ignoring the attention to the quality of urban space environment,resulting in the new district in the process of urban construction lack of urban characteristics.2017,Hefei became one of the first batch of 20 urban design pilot cities,Binhu new area as Hefei important urban Space Group is the window of the city’s external display,to enhance the quality of urban space environment in the new area,enhance the characteristics of urban space is of great significance.Based on the above background,this paper selects the spatial form of Hefei Binhu new area as the research object to carry on the analysis and the discussion.The main research content of this paper is mainly constructed by three parts.Study on the composition and design content of spatial form elements of urban new area and the analysis of the present situation of Hefei Binhu new area spatial morphology optimization design and implementation guarantee of Hefei Binhu new area.First of all,through combing the relevant theories and literature,this article summarizes that the spatial form design of the new urban area should follow 4 principles: The holistic principle of(1)overall consideration,(2)highlights the principle of recognition of urban characteristics,(3)the ecological priority principle of protecting the environment,and the principle of accessibility of(4)to improve the quality of transportation and space environment.In addition,the main elements of the spatial form of the new urban area are summed up into 5 categories: urban spatial pattern,urban land function composition,open space,road network form and architectural form,and the design contents and methods of the above 5 kinds of elements are analyzed and discussed based on the perspective of urban design.Secondly,the article analyzes and studies the current spatial form of Hefei Binhu new area,and summarizes the main problems existing in the urban spatial form of the new district by means of graphic and qualitative and quantitative analysis.(1)According to the current planning of urban land use in Binhu new District,the layout of urban construction land in the primary reserve of water environment affects the new district in the future." The harmonious development mode of city-Lake symbiosis;The present situation of(2)new area is a single layout,the number of open spaces in small scale cities is few,and the spatial distribution is uneven,which affects the quality of urban space environment and the diversity of spatial forms.The current situation of(3)new Area low density urban road network and large scale urban block affect the accessibility and comprehension of urban street space;(4)New Area is mainly based on the spatial layout of point group architecture,but lacks strict building height zoning control,its important interface of the urban skyline lacks rhyme and characteristics,urban space form is single,weakened the urban spatial characteristics of the new district.Then,the optimal design of spatial form in Hefei Binhu new area is studied and discussed.From the aspects of urban spatial pattern,ecological environment protection,urban land use function composition,open space,road network and Green Road form and architectural Form 6,this article puts forward the strategy of future spatial form optimization design of Hefei Binhu new area,which mainly includes:(1)highlights urban characteristics,protection and perfection of urban spatial pattern of "lake-river-garden-City"(2)adhere to the bottom line of ecological environmental protection,promote the symbiotic development of city-Lake,(3)improve the diversity of urban land use function,enrich the urban spatial form,(4)increase the small scale open space,improve the urban open space system,enhance the public and continuity of open space,enhance the quality of urban waterfront space environment,(5)improve the density of urban roads,Construction of small scale urban blocks to enhance the understanding of urban street space.Optimizing and perfecting the Urban green Road system and enhancing the vitality of urban space;(6)Rational organization of the spatial layout of architectural form,enhance the spatial permeability of urban waterfront and the accessibility of sight,improve the form ratio of surrounding buildings,establish the height zoning of buildings,and enhance the sense of urban spatial form hierarchy.Finally,combining with the big data background of urban planning system and Internet cloud Computing in China,this article tries to put forward the spatial form of urban new area,and the management strategy of giving and receiving:(1)to ensure the qualitative status of urban design,improve the implementation and operation of the research results of urban spatial form,(2)and enterprise cooperation,Combining GIS database with Internet cloud computing Big Data platform,the dynamic database of urban spatial form is constructed to enhance the transparency and rigour of spatial form management in urban new area,so as to reduce the probability of failure of government management and supervision behavior.
