Study On The Diagnosis And Countermeasure Of Residential Issues In Dashilar Historical And Cultural Block

In the context of rapid urban development,as a witness of the historical evolution of a region,the sustainable development of historical and cultural blocks has been paid more and more attention.In recent years,due to the development of block cultural tourism,many historic and cultural blocks have developed many functions,such as commerce,tourism and so on,in addition to the original main body of residential function.However,the development of commerce and tourism is not the whole of historical and cultural blocks.There are still quite a few inhabitants living in historical and cultural blocks.The maintenance and inheritance of history,culture and living atmosphere also depend on the sustainable development and life of these inhabitants.However,the lack of attention to residential issues for a long time also makes some historic and cultural blocks face outstanding sustainable development problems,even difficult improvement problems.As a case study in this paper,Dasilar historical and cultural block is a typical block.Dashilar historical and cultural block is one of the first batch of historical and cultural blocks in China and one of the thirteen cultural essence areas in Beijing.Over the years,the government has invested a lot of energy and capital in culture,tourism,commerce and other aspects of Dashilar historical and cultural block.However,As livelihood issues become more and more prominent,the government has begun to recognize that residential issues has become the core shortboard restricting the development of Dashilar historical and cultural block.Therefore,this paper tries to focus on the specific analysis of the residential issues,through building the analysis and diagnosis method of important influence factors about the residential issues,and dissing the corresponding development countermeasures,?we hope to provide reference for the Great Barrier and other similar historical and cultural blocks.Firstly,based on the conceptual analysis of residential issues,the paper points out that the analysis of residential issues in this paper should not only pay attention to study the content of human settlements which are easy to be found and easy to be transformed in the development of historical and cultural blocks,but also should pay attention to the socio-economic aspects that have an important impact on these human settlements.Therefore,this paper confirms that the analysis content of residential issue is shallow residential issues and deep residential issue.Among those,the shallow residential issues includes two aspects:space environment and facilities,while the deep residential issues includes two aspects:population structure and land assets.Secondly,on the basis of relevant theories and case studies,this paper constructs an analysis method of residential issues of historic and cultural blocks in the old city of Beijing.Then,using the analysis method,the paper makes a concrete diagnosis and study in the Dashilar historical and cultural block from two aspects:shallow residential issues and deep residential issues.The specific diagnosis of shallow residential issues can be carried out from two aspects:space environment and facilities,and the diagnosis of deep residential issues can be carried out from two aspects:population structure and land assets.Finally,based on the diagnosis and analysis of residential issues in Dashilar historical and cultural block,the Countermeasures of residential issues are discussed.On the basis of summing up the key factors affecting the residential issues,the guiding and operational countermeasures are discussed,including policy planning at the institutional level,Humanistic Construction at the thinking level,engineering exploration at the technical level and planning and construction at the implementation level.
