With the advent of the era of economic globalization and information technology,scientific management of enterprises has become increasingly important.Management accounting can create economic benefits and value.It is a vital means of strategic decision-making,business development,and management accounting report.Meanwhile,it can present the function of management accounting scientifically and reasonably to the information demanders,so as to better provide services for the decision-making support of enterprises and guarantee the sustainable development of enterprise operation.Financial report has been unable to meet the needs of enterprise operation,management accounting report by strengthening the management accounting function,create enterprise value,support enterprise decision-making,promote enterprise development.As the national pillar industry,the construction industry is a labor-intensive industry.Its branch distributes multifarious,management is relatively extensive.With China's PPP mode,"One Belt And One Road" new opportunities,new technological progress and great changes in the environment of replacing business tax with value-added tax,construction also faces huge challenges.Standardization of process,financial sharing,integration of industry and finance and intelligent decision-making are the key points of future financial management reform and transformation in the construction industry.Sharing service centers are in the ascendant,and many construction companies use them as a tool to improve efficiency,reduce costs and strengthen control.By means of informatization and combining with new technologies such as cloud computing,virtualization,Big Data and mobile Internet,enterprises can promote the digital transformation of enterprise management.In the face of the highly market-oriented construction industry,how to optimize the competitive environment of resources allocation,the establishment of a financial sharing center to achieve intelligent decision-making analysis and other financial management and information means,to promote enterprise internal management to benefit,is a huge challenge facing enterprises.Based on the reading of relevant literature and the communication and exchange with relevant personnel of Z construction enterprise,this paper finds that although Z construction enterprise has management accounting report,it has many deficiencies in the specific report generation process,which need to be improved.In recent years,thedomestic scholar gradually realize the importance of management accounting reports to the enterprise,also put forward many insights.However,most of the research focuses on the content and system construction of management accounting reports,and there is little research on the generation of optimal management accounting reports.There is no such research in the construction industry.The research object Z construction enterprise selected in this paper is a multinational enterprise,and has established a financial sharing mode,which is applicable to the intelligent technology of Big Data.Therefore,through the study of management accounting report generation at home and abroad,with Z construction enterprise as an example,using Big Data,intelligent and other technical means,through research based on the optimization of large data intelligent management accounting report generation,to discuss how to combine report guidance,Big Data intelligent means and practical situation to optimize construction enterprise management accounting report generation,so as to improve the level of enterprise decision-making has certain representativeness;At the same time,explore how to efficiently make management accounting report to serve the construction enterprise decision-makers,for financial sharing mode of construction enterprise management accounting report generation optimization provide advice and reference.
