| The 21st Century Competition is the competition between supply chains and supply chains.As the process of economic globalization continues to accelerate,the traditional working capital management model has been greatly influenced.The management of working capital can not only focus on individual factors such as inventory and accounts receivable,but should also shift to the overall grasp and improvement of the supply chain to improve the operational efficiency of the entire supply chain.As an important concept of modern financial management,the supply chain closely links suppliers,manufacturers and customers.Based on the idea of supply chain management,by optimizing business processes and strengthening information sharing and strategic cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises,the company can improve the capital turnover rate of enterprises and provide a new idea for enterprises to improve the management level of working capital.Working capital plays a role in integrating various element resources in the management of enterprises.In recent years,Haier Group has been continuously innovating in the management of working capital,which plays a role in integrating resources of various elements in business management.In the past year,the Haier Group has continuously innovated working capital management.This has a major impact on the theory and practice of working capital management in China.The innovation of the Haier Group in managing working capital is not just managing personal working capital projects,but also to manage working capital that covers many aspects.There fore,this article selects the Haier Group as a case study analyzing working capital management from the perspective of the supply chain and discussing new plans for working capital management in coordination with the development of modern markets.This article reviews the relevant research results of scholars from home and abroad from three perspectives:working capital management,supply chain management and working capital management from a supply chain perspective.At present,there is relatively little research on the management of working capital from the perspective of supply chain,and the analysis of the entry point is even scarce.This paper introduces the related concepts of supply chain and working capital management,xplain the nature and content of working capital management from the perspective of the supply chain and takes the supply chain management theory,value chain management theory and customer relationship management theory as the theoretical basis of this research.In the case analysis part,this paper first describes the company’s profile,development strategy,core competitiveness,and then analyzes the overall situation of the company’s supply chain and working capital management.including:Haier Group supply chain management concept,supply Chain management model,supply chain modular management system,and the overall situation of Haier Group’s working capital and distribution of working capital.Then it analyzes the strategy of working capital management from the perspective of supply chain of Haier Group from three aspects of procurement,production and sales.In the procurement process,Haier forms an industrial cluster at the front end of the supply chain,uses the consignment system to manage inventory,and uses bank credit to provide guarantees to suppliers.In the production process,Haier optimizes the production process optimization and adopts zero-inventory production method.In the sales process,customers are required to use cash settlement,In the sales process,Haier requires customers to use cash settlement,and manage accounts receivable,and establish a customer-oriented network system.Through the analysis of the performance of working capital management in all aspects of Haier Group from 2010 to 2017,it shows that the company’s supply chain management strategy based on supply chain is effective,avoiding the idleness of funds,reducing the capital occupied by inventory,and accelerating the turnover of funds and improving The efficiency of the use of working capital.This paper draws several conclusions and inspirations from the case of Haier Group’s working capital management.The main conclusions include:(1)deep cooperation with suppliers reduces the consumption of inventory funds in the procurement chain:(2)zero inventory production reduces the occupation of working capital in the production chain:(3)customer management combined with logistics management accelerates the turnover of funds in the sales chain.When enterprises improve the efficiency of working capital management through the optimization of supply chain management,the following points should be done:(1)Optimize the supplier management inventory system to strengthen the supply chain:(2)Implement the zero-inventory production system to achieve the most effective supply chain(3)Improve the distribution mode of direct sales to reduce the intermediate links in the supply chain.This paper only analyzes the performance of Haier Group’s working capital management funds in detail,and does not discuss the management performance of wealth management activities.There are certain limitations.I hope that in the future research,we can conduct in-depth analysis of the working capital management of corporate financial management activities,or conduct research in different industries,and provide more reference and reference for enterprises to improve the management level of working capital. |
