| The design method of the near water embankment and common embankment is different, and the method of stability checking is also different. At the present, the study on near water embankment is not very perfect, it only has stability analysis, and it has lots of work for the embankment construction project. Therefore, in this paper, combing with Hubin road high fill embankment, by means of laboratorial experiment, field monitoring, and numerical calculation, the stability, the interaction and treatment technology taking of new and old embankments, and settlement calculation theory are researched and discussed. The main contents completed are as follows.(1)Using variety of stability analysis method, and combining with the investigation results and experimental results for stability evaluation of old embankment. The slope stability safety coefficient is different with different assumptions and calculation method.(2)Through analysis and field measurement, the settlement is increased by the embankment height. The increase of the load with soft foundation, resulted in increased of settlement with total stress increases. Along with the increase of soft soil depth, minimum safety coefficient decreases, and causing embankment settlement amount and the deeper soil lateral displacement of the increase. Process of soft soil foundation, improve its stiffness, can effectively reduce the embankment settlement and horizontal displacement of the deeper soil, and enhance embankment.(3)When no soft soil of embankment slope, the minimum safety coefficient and stability is high and laying grille, slope stability is more strengthened. When soft soil subgrade is deeply by the thickness, safety coefficient is ascended about 23.9% by respectively foundation treatment and laid grille. This means the embedding geogrid reinforced embankment slope place the protective measures can well improve the stability of the slope. In deep soft soil area of foundation treatment, it must be combined with the laying of geogrid reinforced embankment, to ensure the stability of the slope.(4)Embankment safety coefficient as the water increases gradually reduce the rate and reduce faster and faster. In the slope stability checking that the influence of underground water level is very important in practical engineering checking, should be further proved in roadbed design within the scope of the hydrological geology condition, get the detailed design material, especially under the most unfavorable conditions should be paid attention to in subgrade instability. According to the engineering important degree, the design and calculation method must be rational choice.(5)The settlement and horizontal displacement of the embankment is mainly by its filling height and time-space effect factors of construction. The whole settlement curves of the embankment shows the shape of reverse "S" with the analogy in the Compertz Growth Curve. The Compertz Growth Curve can predicted rules of settlement changes and post-construction settlement. |
