As the performance of Permanent Magnet(PM)Torque Motor with close slot-pole match has been widely used in life and industry because of its excellent characteristics,At the same time,the problem of motor vibration has become the focus of many scholars.This issue also has important research significance.Based on the anisotropic magnetic properties of oriented silicon steel(high magnetic conductivity in RD and low magnetic conductivity in TD),the magnetic circuit characteristics of the PM Torque Motor with similar number of poles and slots are combined.Oriented silicon steel sheet will be used as the material of motor stator core.Study on Vibration Performance of PM Torque Motor with close slot-pole match.This research is funded by National Natural Science Foundation project “Research on the magnetic field characteristics and torque performance of the permanent magnet torque motor with oriented silicon steel sheet(No.51607116)”.The thesis is conducted from the following perspectives.First,The PM Torque Motor with close slot-pole match which is structured by oriented silicon steel stator and capable of utilizing oriented silicon steel is hereby designed and compared with conventional PM motor structured by non-oriented silicon steel stator based on finite element analysis(FEA).The no-load magnetic field and load magnetic field are compared and the no-load air gap magnetic field density is analyzed via Fast Fourier Transformation(FFT)method.Observing saturation under load.The analysis results are then further compared.Afterwards,analytic calculations regarding the electromagnetic force in the radial direction of the two types of motors are carried out,where the effects of two types of silicon steel sheets on the motor inherent frequency are discussed.The modal analysis of the stator cores made of two kinds of silicon steel sheets is carried out,and the modal modes and natural frequencies of the motors are obtained,and the harmonic response of the stator cores made of two kinds of silicon steel sheets is analyzed.Calculate the frequency response of two kinds of stators,To lay the foundation for the analysis of motor vibration.Magnetostrictive effect is one of the important causes of motor vibration,In COMSOL Multiphysics,a commercial FEA software.Computation by electromagnetic-mechanical coupling method,the electromagnetic force obtained from the calculation,as loading,together with Magnetostrictive function as initial dependent variable,is applied onto the surface of stator teeth.2-D models of PM Torque Motor with close slot-pole match with the two types of stator materials and different structures are built.Through the simulation and analysis of the model,the effects of stator structure on motor vibration,magnetostriction effect on motor vibration and oriented silicon steel sheet on motor vibration are obtained.Finally,combined with the above three conditions which affect the vibration of the motor,the advantages of PM Torque Motor with close slot-pole match compared with traditional motor are analyzed.
