In this paper, Magnetostriction model of monolithic silicon steel and multichip silicon steels core based on the theoretical basis is established, and this model solve magnetostrictive force and its corresponding displacement distribution of monolithic silicon steel and laminated iron core of motor stator side, in order to make an analysis of the displacement of a particle at different time. Based on the theoretical research of Monolithic silicon vibration, this paper applies volume force and surface force derivation formula, and then receives the stress tensor with considering Magnetostriction. From the previous experimental results of scholars, this paper takes magnetostrictive force of monolithic silicon steel into force vector of different frequencies via Fourier transform, which is expressed as an equivalent mathematical model of comprising magnetostrictive force with a harmonic component. This paper applies difference method on solving degree of disturbance of monolithic silicon steel with or without Magnetostriction.On basis of Variational Principles in Elasticity and electromagnetic field theory, this paper sets up magnetic- mechanical model with coupling electromagnetic field and stress field. On basis of experimental measurements of magnetostriction coefficient curve on a two dimensional, this paper applies the magnetostrictive force formula of numerical calculation proposed by Doctor ZhuLiHua in this dissertation, with analyzing magnetostrictive force and its corresponding displacement distribution of laminated iron core of motor stator side. Taking permanent magnet motor as our research target, stator and rotor side portion of the 1/4 model of the motor are split into discrete units with finite element method, and magneto-mechanical coupled electrical energy is split into discrete energy discrete functional energy, and finally this paper gets the vibration displacement photograph of different regions of motor with or without magnetostrictive force. Calculation conclusions show that when the stator core flux density changes with time period, magnetostrictive deformation silicon magnetized also will produce periodic variation, which led to two frequency doubling periodic vibration of the motor stator core silicon steel sheet. Beacause of magnetostrictive effect, magnetostrictive deformation of stator side of the motor is significantly higher than vibration distortion without considering the magnetostrictive effect of the motor.
