Basalt Fiber Reinforced Polymer(BFRP)is widely used in aerospace and civil engineering for its light weight,high strength,acid and alkali corrosion resistance and designability.Basalt fiber composite exposed to the natural environment,essential by the sun,rain,uv and other aging effects;Among them,Ultraviolet irradiation will cause serious performance degradation of basalt fiber composites.Due to the lack of research on the durability of basalt fiber composites,the application of basalt fiber composites in various fields is limited.As the key to the normal service of basalt fiber composites(BFRP)under ultraviolet radiation,the durability of basalt fiber composites under ultraviolet radiation has become an urgent research task.This paper adopts the method of combining experiment and theory,and mainly carries out the research work in the following aspects:(1)conduct ultraviolet durability tests on destructive test pieces and non-destructive test pieces of basalt fiber sheets.After different ultraviolet aging time,test the aging condition of strength,elastic modulus and fracture elongation of destructive test pieces.Take destructive test pieces as the benchmark to test the elastic modulus of non-destructive test pieces;The results show that it is reasonable to use the elastic modulus of non-destructive specimens as the degradation index of fiber composite durability.(2)the ultraviolet durability test of epoxy resin matrix specimens was carried out.After different ultraviolet aging time,the aging conditions of its strength,elastic modulus and fracture elongation were tested.The influence of the aging of the resin matrix components of basalt fiber composites on the properties of the fiber composites was analyzed.The results show that the aging of matrix resin plays a dominant role in the aging process of fiber composites irradiated by ultraviolet radiation.(3)ultraviolet aging test of basalt fiber sheets,uses the basalt fiber panel points,lines,slot of three methods for ultraviolet aging,aging in different period with the method of electron microscope scanning,testing fiber sheet three internal aging of aging mode,analysis of three methods for aging of fiber composites under internal aging mechanism;The results showed that the matrix resin in the fiber sheet was seriously damaged by ultraviolet radiation.(4)the strength and elastic modulus of basalt fiber composites and resin matrix were predicted based on the neural network theory and the prediction method of depth belief network.The results show that the method of deep belief network is reasonable to predict the durability of fiber composites and resin matrix.
