Basaltic fiber reinforced polymer(BFRP)is widely used in civil engineering structuresbecause of its light weight,high strength,corrosion resistance and other material characteristics.After decades of research on basaltic fiber products at home and abroad,a large number of test data have been accumulated.This paper will first collect and analyze the performance data of basalt fiber products,including the basic mechanical properties of basalt fiber products such as basalt fiber composite reinforcement,basalt fiber sheet,basalt fiber cloth,basalt fiber pipe,basalt fiber geogrid and other basalt fiber products in different environments,so as to establish a basalt fiber products database Based on the analysis results,it is concluded that the degradation degree of BFRP reinforcement is the lowest in the seawater environment,and it is suitable for the marine environment.According to this conclusion,BFRP reinforcement is applied to the design and construction of artificial reefs in the long-term marine environment,and an optimization method of durability design of artificial reefs based on reliability is put forward.BFRP reinforcement and GFRP reinforcement are used to design recycled sea sand concrete reefs.At the same time,the reinforced recycled sea sand concrete reefs are designed according to the code design method,and are built according to the design structure The finite element model is used to carry out static test and analysis,so as to verify the feasibility of BFRP reinforcement applied to artificial reef design.Finally,the assembly design method of BFRP reinforced concrete artificial reef is put forward,which should be applied in practical engineering.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Establish the database of basalt products,collect the basic mechanical properties and durability data of basalt products.This paper focuses on the analysis of BFRP bars,including the distribution type and distribution range of tensile strength,elastic modulus and elongation of BFRP bars,as well as the durability of BFRP bars in acid and alkali solution.The main distribution range of basic mechanical properties of BFRP bars,such as tensile strength,elastic modulus and elongation,is obtained,that is,the tensile strength of BFRP bars is between 1000-1200(MPA),The modulus of elasticity is 40-50(GPA)and the elongation is2-2.8%.In addition to the basic mechanical data of BFRP bars,the durability of BFRP bars is also obtained.The low degradation rate of BFRP bars under seawater corrosion can be applied to marine structures.Finally,the statistical parameters of tensile strength of BFRP bars are calculated according to the database data.(2)The main purpose of selecting BFRP reinforcement for artificial reef structure is to enhance the durability of artificial reef and extend its service life.The durability factors should be considered in the design,and the durability optimization design model based on reliability should be established from the economic point of view.In the design,the degradation of BFRP bars and concrete in the seawater environment should be considered.The most suitable degradation model of BFRP bars and concrete should be selected.Then the reliability index of bearing capacity of artificial reef should be calculated.Finally,the optimal design should be carried out according to the frame optimal design method.(3)According to the design method proposed in Chapter 3,the artificial reefs of BFRP and GFRP reinforced concrete are designed,and the artificial reefs of BFRP reinforced recycled concrete and GFRP reinforced recycled concrete are made,The reinforced recycled sea sand concrete reef is designed and manufactured by using the conventional design method.After the reef is made,it is numbered and placed in the standard environment and sea water environment.The horizontal pushover test is carried out for the reef respectively.According to the test phenomenon and results,the bearing capacity and deformation capacity before and after the corrosion of the artificial reef made of three materials are compared to test the BFRP reinforcement and recycled sea water The feasibility of using sand concrete in reef design.(4)Finally,BFRP reinforcement and basalt grid plate are applied to the actual project.The first application is the assembly artificial reef which is commissioned by the marine ranch research group of Hainan University to design and manufacture for the scientific research and construction of tropical marine ranch.The fabricated reef is a kind of assembled reef with a six edge platform and frame.BFRP reinforcement is selected as the reinforcement material and recycled sea sand concrete is used as the concrete.The second application is to design and produce the landscape reef and coral planting reef based on the Wuzhizhou marine RANCH project,and use BFRP,GFRP and steel bars as the reinforcement materials respectively.The work benefit is very good after putting them in.
