Design Of Environment Renovation For Liuyang Xiapu Old Factory Building

"Residence" mainly uses self-use housing or idle housing,or even abandoned housing,combined with the local human,natural landscape,ecology,environmental resources to do the architectural transformation design to form residential accommodation,providing temporary accommodation for tourists advocating rural life,because of the different local environment and culture will form different forms.Home-stay style is becoming more and more popular.Characteristic accommodation is different from simple accommodation.It is more about integrating local culture,reconstructing ethnic history and reproducing local culture.Driven by rural tourism,more and more rural dwellings have been transformed and designed to meet the needs of modern functions.Although the functional orientation has gradually evolved from residential accommodation to multi-functional accommodation,Based on the field investigation of Liuyang Xia Bu Cultural Base,this paper understands the current situation,space and facilities utilization of Liuyang Xia Bu Cultural Base.Combining the old and new materials with the existing cultural elements,the transformation and interior design of Yuntang village dwellings are carried out to preserve the characteristics and Humanities of local dwellings while implanting them to meet the modern functional needs.According to the local culture,this paper puts forward four design principles: functional,local,experiential and economic.Through the choice of interior accessories and the application of ground plants,we can create an indoor experiential space which can run all the year round,integrating leisure,experience,exhibition and local culture education.We strive to make the internal display function meetthe requirements of more comfortable and humane.Let the design fully combine the characteristics of the surrounding environment,and give due consideration to the local context.Simple and fashionable modernism integrates the regional culture of China and strives to form a form of dialogue between modern and traditional,new and old.Through the renovation design of Liuyang Xia Bu Culture Base,we actively promote Xia Bu Culture,let more people to understand Xia Bu Culture,and love Xia Bu from the heart,so as to create good opportunities for the revival of traditional Xia Bu Culture in China.
