Research On Profitability And Development Trend Prediction Of End-of-life Vehicle Recycling And Dismantling Industry In China

In recent years,China's national economy has continued to develop rapidly,and the automobile industry has also developed rapidly.The scale of the automobile market has continued to expand.By the end of 2018,China's total automobile ownership has exceeded 240 million units,ranking second in the world.The replacement of automobiles has gradually increased the number of end-of-life vehicles.In 2018,China recycled and dismantled 1.67 million end-of-life vehicles,an increase of about 12% over 2017.The end-of-life vehicle recycling and dismantling related industries have gradually attracted the attention of the society.There are many resources available in end-of-life vehicles.If the end-of-life vehicle can be recycled,dismantled and reused reasonably and effectively,the purpose of increasing industry profits,making full use of resources and avoiding environmental pollution can be achieved.China's end-of-life vehicle recycling and dismantling industry started late,the recovery rate is low,and the car ownership is large,so the development space is large.With the passage of China's "end-of-life Vehicle Recycling Management Measures(Revised Draft)" in January 2019,China's end-of-life vehicle recycling and dismantling industry will usher in new development opportunities.Therefore,researching and analyzing the profitability of end-of-life vehicle recycling and dismantling enterprises,predicting the future development trend of the industry and giving corresponding suggestions are of great significance to promoting the healthy development of China's end-of-life vehicle recycling and dismantling industry.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the research background and significance,the domestic and international research literature review and the research methods and research contents of this paper.The second part briefly describes the basic principles and processes of end-of-life vehicle recycling and analysis.The development status of the end-of-life vehicle recycling and dismantling industry and the problems existing in China;the third part is to study the profit model of end-of-life vehicle recycling and dismantling enterprises in China,and then analyze the cost of end-of-life vehicle recycling and dismantling enterprises with A company as an example.Cost,income and profit,and use the multi-product Cost-Volume-Profit Analysis method to calculate the amount of capital preservation and dismantling of the scrapped and dismantled vehicles of the A company;the fourth part is combined with the gray system GM(1,1)model method and MATLAB software predicts the number of end-of-life vehicle recycling and dismantling enterprises in China in the next 5 years and the theoretical recycling and dismantling quantity.Then,taking the profit level of A company and American LKQ enterprise as the standard,it simulates,predicts and analyzes the profit of China's end-of-life vehicle recycling and dismantling industry.The number of enterprises in specific regions and the total profit of the region;the fifth part is countermeasures and recommendations,according to China's end-of-life vehicles.According to the problems existing in China's end-of-life vehicle recycling and dismantling industry and the five elements of China's end-of-life vehicle recycling and dismantling enterprises,the countermeasures and suggestions for China's national conditions and industry characteristics are proposed.
