Our country natural resources is relatively scanty, per capita resources ranked only No. 80 in the world,and our country is in a stage of socialism development, the demand for material resources will constantly increase.China has become mainly countries of the world's car-producing, with the cars in our country continues to increase the volume of our country scrapped vehicles are bound to the rapid growth. As to be expected, scrapped automobiles will reach 2,800,000 in 2010 . Used car contains many renewable resources, if not effectively recycled, it will be a great waste of resources, and used vehicles worldwide is one of the major source of pollution which cause one of the increasingly serious environmental pollution.The recovery regulations of end-of-life vehicle is increasingly stringent by government. Disassemble is an important means to improve the recovery of products . The development of the automotive industry for circular economy is an inevitable requirement of sustainable development ,but also an inevitable requirement of seting up a resource-conserving and environment-friendly and a harmonious society. According to product lifecycle theory, the automotive industry to develop recycling economy ,the design of dismantlbility and the dismantle of end-of-life vehicles must been taken into the automobile industry chain. Only reasonably dismantling can achieve the high purity recycling of material, the re-use and re-manufacturing of parts and components,the basic requirements of technical policies and regulations, and the goal of implementation resources recycling and environment-friendly development.The dismantling of product is a random complex issues, which includes a series of problems, such as, "can or not dismantling", "should or not dismantling" and "how to dismantling ". "Can or not dismantling " is the question that the components of whether or not removable, that is also the question of the station of parts, which is closely related with not only the internal factors, such as the number of assembly components, species, linking the relationship but also the external factors, for example the environment in which the parts work. It has a strong uncertainty character, which is the most difficult question to solve in the analysis of dismantling. The question "should or not dismantling" is in accordance with the working station and value information of the assembly which will been dismantled, which provides a comprehensive evaluation of the end-of-life products to solve the decision-making question of the product shoud or not been dismantled. The question of "how to dismantling" is solved to how to remove the produce and components effectively, but which must on the basis of the solve of the question of "can or not dismantling" and "should or not dismantling". It includes disassembly sequence generation and planning ect a series of problems. Therefore, only "can or not dismantling", "should or not dismantling" and "how to dismantling"ect the dismantling question are clear understanded, the nature of dismantling can been exactly comprehended, which provides theoretical guidance for making rational disassemblability evaluation methods and dismantling practical guidance of the design of disassemblability.The research of dismantling question is divided into the following areas: disassembly design , disassembly model, dismantling operations analysis, disassembly time, disassembly tool selection, disassembly path planning , disassembly sequence optimization, automatic disassembly sequence generated as well as the evaluation of dismantling . Clearly, the dismantling models are the key questions of a series of dismantling question ,but at present ,there are divergent views on this study and the set up of models are relative simplex ,therefor compared the actual dismantling there are a lot of difference ,which can not provide a good guide to dismantling and dismantling design work .In this paper, base on the research of home and abroad in the field , combination with other design methods and subject knowledge points, according to the product assembly model to determine the necessary information of setting up the dismantling model , analysis the expression of information, put forward the mixed graph model to express product disassembly information; According to graph theory knowledge and map storage structure,we change the mixed graph model of dismantling into the dismantling matrix that the computer can deal with.Using this matrix, realize the mixed mixed model of dismantling automatically generated by using VC + + programming, which brings great significance for disassemble and the dismantling design ; At last, analysis the typical structure of the dismantling mixed graph model and distill the typical structure job. This paper is generally divided into the following sections:(1) Describe the significance and background of the studying of this paper, sum up the domestic and international research status quo in this field , combine with the car full life cycle theory, point out that the dismantling design and disassemble play an important role in the field of the automotive industry developing cycle economic, show the significance of the dismantling information extraction and the seting up of dismantling model.(2) The determination and expression of the required dismantling information. According to the general process of product modeling, the dismantling modeling is divided into conceptual model, dismantling information model and dismantling matrix model in three stages .In every stage of the study ,I sum up the existing theories and methods and put forward my own modeling theory and methods.(3) The acquirement dismantling information.Introduce the secondary development of UG ,the UG system and environment settings, set up product assembly mode based on the UG, distill the necessary information for dismantling by using secondary development technology of UG , these information are: the history information of parts saved, parts-level information ,the assembly information between parts and the restriction information between parts.(4) The storage of dismantling information and the automatically generated of dismantling model .Introduce the basic concepts and basic operation in graph theory; study map matrix and the expression of the map matrix,draw the basic properties of matrices; sum up the storage structure of diagram, and give high-level language description; In terms of the storage structure of disassembly matrix mixed map,realize automatic generation of the dismantling model.(5) The extraction of dismantling typical topology model. Introduce the typical structures of graph ,analysis their respective characteristics of the typical structures, realize automatic search of the typical structures by using the basic idea of the depth and breadth search. The use of a typical topology of the extracted results of the model to simplify the dismantling structure and implement various different ways of dismantling.Recycling the resources especially the used automobiles has opened the prelude at the practice aspect in our country .The dismantling of used automobiles will become the major issues facing the automotive industry. The design of car for disassembling is bound to become the future direction of automotive design, and the study of this paper has guiding significance for vehicle dismantling and the design for disassembly. |
