Study On Urban Development And Spatial Form In Tumen River Region

Tumen River region is located in the southeast of Jilin Province in Northeast China,and is the core region of Northeast Asia in China.Under the policy of "One country and one belt",China’s Tumen river area is the core area of changjitu development and opening up pilot area,making the regional economic level rise rapidly.In this paper,the main purpose is to explore the urban development and spatial form of Tumen River region.In practical papers,taking Tumen City as an example,Tumen City is a border port city between China and DPRK.Today,with the rapid development of global economy,Tumen City,as a border city,has a good development space with the neighboring DPRK in the future.On the basis of summarizing the history of Tumen River region development,this paper takes Tumen City as an example.By analyzing the history of Tumen’ s urban development,this paper makes an analysis of the contemporary urban spatial form of Tumen,preliminarily explores the development situation and existing problems of Tumen’ s urban spatial form,and finds out the design concept suitable for Tumen’ s future development.This paper and related work,first of all,in theoretical research,outlines the formation and development process of urban spatial form and several models of urban spatial form,such as radial,or "star",belt,linear,chessboard(grid)and other urban spatial forms,through the study of urban spatial form as a theoretical basis for the following text.Secondly,it analyses the urban development process of Tumen City,and analyses the historical overview of Tumen River region and the urban formation and development process of Tumen City,including the historical narration of Tumen City’ s urban formation,the specific analysis of Tumen City’ s comprehensive transportation,as well as the evolution and development of Tumen City’ s urban public facilities and urban landscape in recent years》based on the above contents,it analyses Tumen City.Through detailed comparative analysis of the evolution of spatial form,we can find out the development and change of spatial form after the formation of Tumen city,and then plan the trend and direction of urban spatial development of Tumen city in the future.Finally,according to all the contents of the study,this paper analyses the existing problems in the development of Tumen city,plans the design concept of Tumen city’ s future construction and development,and puts forward the reform plan of Tumen city’ s planning.
