With the development of military science and technology,as well as the increasing complexity of shipboard weapons and equipment,modern military operations emphasis increasingly on combats between systems and the effectiveness of systems.Navy weapon system of systems have many factors,and the relationship between the mutual promotion and restriction of weapon system is also increasing.The Dupuy’s Quantified Judgment Model(QJM),which is widely used in evaluating the operational effectiveness of land battles,cannot be directly applied to naval battles because of the particularity and mission requirements in naval battles.This paper focuses on a study of this issue and modifies the QJM.The evaluation of operational effectiveness in shipboard weapons and equipment based on the improved QJM provides an important basis for the deployment and development strategy of naval equipment.According to the characteristics of the combat of warship,the measurement dimension of combat effectiveness of warship combat system is modified.According to the typical warship combat scenarios,the target value set of weapon equipment is established.It establishes the relative value of each target as the uniform dimension of the measurement of operational effectiveness by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).On this basis,the QJM is mended.According to the corresponding technical parameters,the index factors of all kinds of weapons are determined and the effectiveness of each kind of weapon is obtained with the weighted summation in different combat scenarios.As for the effectiveness of defensive or auxiliary weapons,it is estimated by using the proceeds of weapons defense or the correction of effectiveness of hard antipersonnel weapons.Considering the impact of the weapon channel on the use of weapons on the operational platform,the calculation method of operational effectiveness index of the operational platform is established.Considering the synergistic effect of the fleet,the operational effectiveness of the ship formation is calculated.The operational effectiveness of the operational platform under different scenarios is weighted to get the comprehensive effectiveness of single ship and formation.In order to better manage a large number of weapons and equipment and calculate the operational effectiveness,an operational effectiveness evaluation system of warship weapon equipment is designed in this paper and is applied to the evaluation of the operational effectiveness of the warship system.Case analysis shows that the improved QJM,can effectively evaluate the operational effectiveness of ship weapons and equipment,which can provide decision support when designing the operational effectiveness based shipboard combat system and optimizing weapon system of systems(WSoS).
