In recent years,our country has introduced the structure of cold-formed steel residences from abroad.The housing system has the advantages of light weight,high strength,energy saving,environmental protection and convenient construction with a promising future.However,compared with foreign countries,China lacks systematic research and design related to the standards and technical specifications,still being in the exploration stage.Therefore,it is meaningful to study further cold-formed steel residences.According to the development status of low rise cold-formed steel residences of our country,the graduate paper comes up with two schemes of composite wall modular--namely "take out" method and "content in" split method—and analyzes and sum up its merits and demerits,on the basis of the various ways of differently solving the wall connection nodes,considering simplifying the construction process and improve housing quality.The paper also sums up the derived calculation formula of the force of low rise cold-formed thin-walled steel frame composite wall,deformation mechanism and the shear capacity of the composite wall.With the advantage of qualified construction components,it covers appropriate improvement of the C type steel column routine in order to further promote the shear capacity of the composite wall as well as improving the thermal performance of the wall.Adopting ANSYS finite element software,The results show that compared with the traditional steel frame,double U and double C framed column frame composite wall shear capacity were increased,and the double C framed column frame composite shear wall to improve the maximum bearing capacity,on the basis of structural analysis of panel thickness and surface,the tapping screw spacing,vertical load and the strength of steel framed C double column frame composite shear capacity influence,results show that the structure of panel thickness and surface numbers,screw spacing of composite wall shear capacity influence,applied vertical load and the change of strength of steel composite wall shear has little effect.What should be explained is that in the finite element simulation experiment some components are simplified.Hence the simplified parts still need to be considered in actual design so as to enable the design to satisfy real situation.
