Research On The Material Representation Of Building Interface Based On Perceptual Phenomenology

With the acceleration of urbanization in China and the rapid development of cities,architectural design stands in the breach and plays an important role in this process.However,under the background of the vigorous development of domestic construction industry,there are still some problems,such as short design cycle,tight construction cycle,rough detail design and other reasons,the construction quality and environmental quality are not ideal.Therefore,this paper tries to enhance the material performance on building interfaces and deepen the detail design of buildings through a hierarchical study of materials,to make the buildings warmer and add readability for the purpose of improving the aspect of the cities and expressing the spirit of cities.This paper takes the material performance on building interfaces as the research object,and takes perceptual experience as the emotional appeal of perception,by excavating visual,tactile,olfactory,gustatory and auditory senses,from the perspective of body perception.It is advocated that the relationship between space and interface material should be considered at the very beginning of design,and that the basic values of the study should be the real presentation of perceptual experience,and the architectural style should be expressed by the authenticity,regionalism and humanistic feelings of interface material.In the arrangement of paper,Chapter I introduces the source of the research topic.By studying and summarizing domestic and foreign literatures,it puts forward the importance of interface materials for the creation of architectural temperament and identifies the research direction and content of this paper.Chapter II gives a clear explanation of the concept of interface materials and summarizes the categories composition and historical development of materials.Combined with the basic properties of materials,Chapter III combines the basic attributes of material to analyze the phenomena of material performance,reflects the designability of interface materials,and through the analysis of domestic and foreign architectural cases,sums up the characteristics of materials,concludes the style,collocation and connection,etc.Chapter IV makes a detailed analysis on the perceptual experience of buildings.The visual appeal,tactile appeal,olfactory and gustatory memories and auditory discrimination of materials proper promote the interface materials to have an emotional resonance with people.Chapter V analyzes the comprehensive applications of materials.Under the circumstance that new technologies and materials keep emerging,combined with detail design,we should embody the fine design requirement of building,incorporate the perceptual experience of interface materials into the regionalism of buildings according to local conditions,and create a proper sense of location.The research on material performance of building interface based on perceptual experience can realize the combination of traditional design elements and newmaterials,and make the building express its own character in a unique material way.When facing the relationship between architect,building and user,it can achieve emotional resonance.
