Since the development of China’s information technology,China’s railway has achieved unprecedented development.When people need to work or travel,they first need to buy railway tickets,which is an essential link.In modern social life,because the pace of work and life is very fast,it requires people to shorten the time to buy tickets and improve the efficiency of buying tickets.It is precisely because 12306 ticket purchasing website has a high usage rate,popularity and vast future market,but the user experience has been poor,so it is necessary to research the usability of 12306 ticket purchasing website,mining user demand,looking for usability problems that can be improved.This paper takes 12306 ticketing website as the experimental research website,which is mainly divided into four parts.The first part by building 12306 website functional hierarchical structure,a preliminary study of 12306 site of function classification,and target site market usage,define the audience and goals.This part of the study mainly through the distribution of questionnaires to the community,in-depth interviews with specific users and satisfaction survey,in order to get subjective usability data,the establishment of satisfaction evaluation table,summary of users in the use of12306 ticket website subjective usability problems.In the second part,after obtaining the subjective usability problem,specific users were tested with eye-movement tracking as the technical support.The experimental content was set to complete four specific tasks for the target website.The task was the common operation behavior of users.The third part,after the experiment,in view of the user to the target site specific task progress and result for eye movement data,specific accuracy and completion time for the completion of a task,users injection points and saccadic index,and user retailing figure,and then average the data together,as the availability of target site index.The fourth part,through qualitative and quantitative test,analysis ofexperimental data,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp),determine the relative weights each task,to calculate the change of website usability state at present,cross analysis the usability problems after the two experiments,further excavate the deep needs of users for the site of 12306 ticketing website design improvement opinions are put forward.This paper combines the traditional usability research with eye movement tracking technology,and finds out the problems existing in the usability of the target website,and makes improvement plans for these problems,so as to explore the rules of the usability of the ticket purchasing interface,which is helpful to provide the usability testing methods and ideas for PC website.
