Research On The Development Of New Energy Technologyin China From The Perspective Of Circular Economy

For a long time,the issue of energy has always been a worldwide problem.On the one hand,the development of new energy can alleviate the stress of the current national petrochemical energy,and on the other hand,it can promote the research and development of the clean energy and its sustainable development.At present,countries around the world are striving to develop a circular economy meanwhile actively exploring new energy technology and strengthening the innovation in new energy technology.Since the beginning of reform and opening up in China,the economy has developed rapidly at the expense of the environment.The extensive use of resources is difficult to sustain.The inevitable needs for China's future development are to transform the resource utilization methods,optimize the industrial structure,improve the resource utilization efficiency,and develop the green energy technologies.New energy technology is an important technical support for the development of circular economy.The discussion of new energy technology development under the perspective of circular economy,guided by the concept of sustainable development,and the construction of circular economy will effectively upgrade the development of circular economy.The approach to the specific path of new energy technology innovation can not only rationally restrict the development and utilization of traditional energy in China,but also promote the development and progress of new energy technology and accelerate the transformation from traditional energy technology to new energy technology in accordance with the application status of new energy technology in the development of circular economy.The paper mainly includes five parts: based on the detailed literature review,the first part explains the theoretical significance and practical value of the paper which also illustrates the specific research methods and innovative ideas.The second part systematically and theoretically analyzes the circular economy from the aspects of its background,essence,development goals and theoretical basis of the circular economy.The third part focuses on the value of new energy technology to the development of circular economy based on the detailed interpretation of the connotation,classification and characteristics of new energy technology.The fourth part specifically analyzes the main factors affecting the development of new energy technology in accordance with the application status of new energy technology in the development of circular economy.After comprehension of above achievements,the fifth part puts forward the specific path of promoting the development of circular economy with new energy technology innovation from three aspects of enhancing the ability of new energy technology innovation,improving the system design of new energy technology innovation and constructing a good environment for the development of new energy technology.
