In recent years,with the development of artificial intelligence technology.Marine intelligent equipment has been gradually applied in the field of maritime search and rescue.In order to enhance the maritime rescue capacity of agent and meet the application characteristics of the agent in the process of maritime search and rescue.This paper has mainly carried out the design and development of the Agent Marine Search and Rescue Simulation Platform,The platform can simulate the maritime search process of agents in different distress scenarios,evaluate the optimal search scheme,maximize the use of agents' operational performance,target detection or detection ability,and improve the search and rescue success rate of agents in practical application scenarios.The research topic of this paper comes from the project of haikou maritime search and rescue department.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Research on maritime search and rescue theory.The risk information,meteorological information and search and rescue resource information affecting the formulation of the search plan are analyzed to serve as the design basis for the data interface of the intelligent maritime search and rescue simulation platform.(2)Design scheme is proposed for the maritime search and rescue simulation platform.By analyzing the theory of maritime search and rescue technology and platform development technology platform needs,the architecture model is put forward and the working process,on the basis of this platform will be divided into electronic maps,information interaction,mission planning,and search and rescue simulation four modules,in turn,to the function of each module needs to implement design scheme was proposed,after clear platform needs the type of data,completed the platform data table structure design.(3)Develop an agent maritime search and rescue simulation platform.Firstly,taking the simulated distress situation as the target,the redevelopment of SharpMap is carried out to realize the function of geographic information processing and modeling in the platform.WinForm control and custom control are used to build the platform interactive interface.Then,with the goal of dynamically simulating the search process,using ADO.NET technology to realize the platform information interaction function as the data interface of search and rescue decision algorithm,invoke the search and rescue decision algorithm library,and output the visual simulation results based on the map of heaven and earth;Finally,to verify the effectiveness of the search and rescue decision algorithm and record the maritime search and rescue scheme,the third party library is called to realize the platform task playback and task report generation functions.In order to verify the function of the intelligent maritime search and rescue simulation platform,the case of the sea accident in Qiongzhou Strait was written in the platform,and the search process of the wrecked target in the case was drilled,which effectively restored the distress scenario and the maritime search process,thus verifying the effectiveness of the algorithm.
