In the industrial production process,fouling of the heat exchanger wall in the circulating cooling water system leads to a series of problems such as increased energy consumption,reduced production,waste of water resources and affect the long-term use of equipment.Traditional treatment methods have one or more problems such as secondary pollution,high energy consumption and low processing efficiency.Therefore,it is particularly important to develop an efficient,convenient,low-cost,and non-polluting treatment technology.In this paper,the simulated circulating cooling water is treated by a self-made electrolysis system.The chemical and physical properties of water and water ions in a low-voltage electric field are used to guide the effluent ions in the water to crystallize out near the cathode,thereby removing the scaled ions in the circulating cooling water.,to reduce the hardness of water,to prevent scale from being deposited on the wall of the heat exchange equipment,to achieve the purpose of active descaling.In this paper,the effects of different electrode materials,structures and different operating parameters on the electrochemical treatment performance were studied from the aspects of treatment rate,hardness removal rate and energy consumption.At the same time,microscopic observation was carried out by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.The effect of electrochemical treatment on the crystal form of the cathode scale.The main findings are as follows:?1?Electrochemical water treatment experiments were carried out on the titanium plate and the coated titanium plate,and the cathode was a titanium plate,a copper plate and a titanium mesh.The experimental results were analyzed and compared,and the following conclusions were drawn:the coated titanium plate is a good anode material,the processing performance of the cathode material from high to low is:titanium plate>titanium mesh>copper plate.?2?When conducting electrochemical water treatment experiments,the optimum treatment voltage is 25V,and the optimal current density is 400A/m2.When the water hardness reaches 555mg/L,the circulating cooling water is electrochemically treated,which can be effectively removed.Scaled ions in water.?3?Electrochemical water treatment can significantly affect the cathode scale crystal form,so that the CaCO3 scale is transformed from calcite crystal to aragonite crystal.When the treatment voltage is 15V,the aragonite content of the cathode scale is more than 90%,which is convenient for physical method removal.
