Study On Village Planning In New Rural Construction

The construction and planning of the new rural village,as one of the key points of the current government work,has a long history of exploration both at home and abroad.China is a large agricultural country,the new rural construction work go15.Since the reform and opening up,the government and the people have never stopped exploring in the new rural construction,but there are many problems in the construction of the new rural construction.In view of this,this paper focuses on the planning and design of the new rural construction.The research is mainly based on the investigation of the village in Hainan Province,the analysis of the current situation and the formulation of the plan and so on.Firstly,the research background,significance and research status quo of domestic new rural planning and construction of the content of the inquiry,also with the construction of new rural construction experience of foreign advanced Britain,Germany and Japan and other countries,to provide reference for domestic construction planning.Then this paper has taken the investigation form,5 administrative villages in Hainan province Nan Kun Tunchang County town of vine village were investigated,focusing on the investigation of the current situation and existing problems of planning and construction,provides the basis for further combined with the actual situation of comprehensive planning and design.Then this paper focuses on the analysis of the main content of the new rural construction,and according to the influence of the new rural planning and construction of the main factors for the development of different types of rural planning and construction program.This paper design Hainan Tunchang County Nan Kun Zhen Zhu Long Cun Zhai rattan plan,and has carried on the AHP weight method and entropy weight method calculation and program evaluation,to show the advantages of the scheme and provides specific assessment methods and also to evaluate the new rural construction planning.Study on the new rural planning and construction of the investigation based on the actual village,has a certain reference value,at the same time the design plan is formulated in this paper can effectively solve the modern new rural construction frequently encountered problems,I hope this study can provide a reference for promoting the development of new countryside construction in china.
