| Portal steel structure workshop,being composed of rigid frame,support system,building envelope and so on,has been widely used in various public buildings,such as industrial workshop,stadiums and entertainment places.It is particularly important to study on the rigid frame under the condition of raten loads,which is the main force component of workshop.This article is aimed at reducing the quality of rigid frame and project cost through optimze the section parameters of H-shaped steel of rigid frame with modeling,static analysis,and model analysis.The following aspects are mainly studied.1.Analyzing the current development of portal steel structure workshop.getting the design drawings of the workshop with classical mechanical calculation method,through plane design,section design,internal force calculation and strength checking.2.Studing the rigid frame of the workshop parametric mode by 3D design software.annlyzing the stress and deformation of the rigid frame through static analysis and modal analysis.3.Optimizing the H-shaped steel section parameters with the goal of min_total_quality fo the model,by using Pro/Mechanica optimization design tool.4.verifying the optimized structure through finite element analysis and fatigue analysis,and the optimized results meet the stress conditions and design life. |
