Nowadays,China is in the process of reforming the economic system such as supply-side reform.The evaluation of company performance is increasingly regarded as an important way to improve the internal management level of enterprises.How to accurately establish a performance evaluation system suitable for the company itself is also managed by the company.People pay more and more attention.The company conducts performance evaluation management,and can better disclose the current status of the company's management level to the company's internal managers,external investors and major shareholders.It can also promote the company to establish self-restraint mechanism,improve management level and competitiveness between peers,and achieve strategic goals as soon as possible.Under the great changes in the era of big data,the competition among China's logistics industry is becoming more and more fierce.Enterprises want to take the lead in competition and need to continuously improve their business operations and methods,and continue to use a single traditional form of performance evaluation management.It has already violated the requirements of the current enterprise.Therefore,in the face of the increasingly fierce market competition,the implementation of the performance evaluation system tailored for the company will be very beneficial to the innovation of the company's management philosophy and model,and will greatly help its operational efficiency.K Company is a large-scale port logistics and transportation listed enterprise in China.Therefore,the construction of performance evaluation system should be comprehensive.Firstly,the theory of balanced scorecard and performance evaluation is deeply analyzed,and the current performance evaluation methods of K Company are investigated in an all-round way.The performance evaluation methods are single.not related to the company's strategic objectives,and are not applicable to modern enterprise management.In-depth analysis of other aspects.Then,combined with the industry characteristics of port logistics companies and the internal management experience of K Company,the performance evaluation system is constructed by using the balanced scorecard method.And through the establishment of this performance evaluation method,the company's abstract macro-level strategic objectives can be refined into indicators implemented in the company's daily operation and management.Finally,the proposed performance evaluation system is proposed to adopt internal and external safeguard measures to assist the implementation of the system.Create a set of performance evaluation system applicable to the enterprise itself,so as to help K Company solve the internal management problems,and also provide reference and help for other port logistics companies in China to use the balanced scorecard to establish a performance evaluation system.
