In recent years,the heating industry has developed rapidly.Heating is just like people's food,clothing and housing.It is a basic service related to the interests of the people.The central heating system is a complex network system consisting of heat exchange stations,pipe networks and hot users.The operation of the heating system directly affects the quality of the heating,and the good operating conditions that ensure the heating quality and ensure the heating safety are the key to energy saving for the heating system.However,the heating system is complex and diverse,and there are many factors affecting the operation and the parameters are coupled with each other.The experimental research workload is large.Therefore,the development of the heating system dynamic simulation model is of great significance to the operation management and operation guidance of the heating system.Based on the principles of fluid mechanics,heat transfer and heating engineering,This article analyzes the heat exchange station,heat network and heat users of the heating system,and comprehensively considers various interference factors on the basis of mass conservation and energy conservation.The mathematical model of the plate heat exchanger was established by the exergy analysis method.The mathematical model of the circulating water pump was established according to the characteristic curve and similarity law of the pump.The mathematical model of the pressure node and the hydraulic calculation of the heating network were established based on the knowledge of energy conservation and pipe network.The model and the thermal space calculation model of the thermal network are established according to the state space method.The thermal user is regarded as a whole,and the mathematical model of the thermal user is established according to the energy balance.According to the mathematical model of each component,the Fortran language is used for programming.The simulation model corresponding to each component is developed by using CyberSim simulation software,and the experimental verification and error analysis are carried out.The experimental results show that each simulation model is in line with the actual operation and has strong versatility.Based on the correct simulation model,this paper takes the heating system of Yicuiyuan Community in Zhangjiakou City as an example to simulate the dynamic conditions of operation,and builds a dynamic simulation model of the heating system of Yicuiyuan Community.During the heating period of 2018-2019,the heating data such as the flow rate and the return water temperature of each user in the Echuiyuan community were collected,and the simulation model was debugged through the actual operation data.According to the simulation results,the problems existing in the heating system of Yicuiyuan Community are analyzed.The simulation platform is used to finely adjust the heating system of Yicuiyuan Community,and the energy-saving operation conditions of the heating system are obtained.The simulation results show that the correct selection of the circulating water pump is very important for the energy saving of the heating system.The replacement of a suitable circulating water pump can increase its efficiency from 35.6% to 55.8%.At the same time,it also shows the importance of the balance of the heating pipe network to the energy-saving operation of the heating system.After the pipe network is leveled,in a heating season,The circulating pump saves 22,786.81 kW ?h of power consumption.The simulation results can guide the actual operation of the heating system.
