In energy-efficient building, grid-connected wind-solar-electrical hybrid power system is one of the most effective schemes to save energy and reduce emissions. It makes full use of the complementary characteristics of wind and solar. And it is of great significance to technology development and environmental protection.Beginning with grid-connected characteristics of wind and solar, running structure and generating capacity are designed according to local resource condition. The purpose of the design is to promote conversion efficiency and save energy as much as possible. In addition, system central control and management is the ultimate destination, presupposed that the system combines to the grid steadily and reliably. The thread of this paper is: system running architecture, grid-connected control objective and strategy, application design, central controller hardware and software.The specific contents are as follows: (1) According to complementary characteristics and power features of wind and solar, undispatchable grid-connected wind-solar hybrid generation are introduced. (2) The running control and energy-efficient management strategies is researched, including:â‘ Grid-connected running control strategies includes points choice of grid-connected and back-flow-prevention, multi-inverter group control strategy, reactive power compensation strategy.â‘¡Monitoring and communication scheme is proposed. Central controller manages the system according to monitoring data, and then communicates with upper computer by Ethernet.â‘¢Energy-efficient index evaluation system is established for energy-efficient comprehensive evaluation. (3) Application design of building roof wind-solar-electrical hybrid power system is carried out based on local resource condition and roof condition, including detailed technical solution, equipments selection and installation solution. (4) Embedded system is used to design hardware and software of central control system, integrating functions of automatic start-stop, grid-connected running monitoring, data analysis, system protection, etc.In the end, simulation model of grid-connected system is built on the platform of Simulink. Grid-connected control strategies are simulated and analyzed, and the simulation results validate the feasibility and validity.
