CT Study On Cost Control Of Construction Enterprises

Construction as one of the important pillar industry in our country,with the continuous reform of the management system of construction industry in China and progress,construction enterprise production methods and organization layout,profound changes have taken place,gradually formed to manage as the center of the business model,and the cost control and management of the project is core content,so the cost control is one of the main content of construction project competition.In the competitive market environment,to maximize the benefit,cost control is the primary task of enterprises.At present,there are many research methods on the cost control of construction projects.Most of the ideas are to control through cost expenditure,but other factors in the cost control are relatively ignored.So this article from the related theory of cost control,with CT construction enterprise as an example,based on the cost control of building enterprise on the basis of the related theory,combined with CT construction enterprise cost control present situation,from the enterprise cost management and the enterprise engineering project cost,an in-depth analysis,found that the existence of unreasonable organization structure,cost control methods is relatively backward,the cost of procurement spending more severe and direct cost of construction project,and a series of serious problems.By means of relevant cost control solutions and combining with the actual engineering projects of enterprises,the direct cost and indirect cost of projects are analyzed respectively,and the advantages and disadvantages of enterprises in cost control are pointed out.Based on the careful analysis of what problems exist in the cost control of enterprises,this paper puts forward more detailed Suggestions for improvement,and provides theoretical guidance and reference for the cost control of the same type of small construction enterprises.
