With the development of China's social economy,people's material level has been greatly improved,and their physical and mental health has been valued.They have begun to increase their health investment and enrich their leisure life through fitness.The emerging industry of the fitness club has been booming.As a fitness model,intelligent fitness is at the initial stage of development at home and abroad.Various systems are not perfect enough,and the standardization of services needs to be strengthened.This paper takes the Internet of Things technology,wireless transmission,intelligent monitoring and feedback as the technical support foundation,and take the “critical moment”(MOT)as theoretical support.The research study the user experience design and actual design for the gym service process.The research content mainly includes:1.Through the field research and service process experience of the health club,you can intuitively experience every detail of the gym service process,especially to experience the details of the service process that users value and improve user satisfaction.Combined with the key moments(MOT)theory,it is mainly aimed at the user's service satisfaction research,which is the basic theoretical support of all service industries.The theory of critical moments requires to grasp the user's eye at the first time,to achieve the effect of home-time experience,build a bridge between culture and service to connect the machine and the user,and improve user experience satisfaction.2.Based on the analysis of the needs of the fitness management system,the combination of Internet of Things,wireless transmission,intelligent monitoring and feedback is used as the technical basis to realize the connection between products and products and between people and products.3.According to the MOT theory,three key moments were extracted,includes:storefront,fitness equipment and staff services.Combine existing theories andtechniques to create a service process experience design that improves the quality and satisfaction of members' fitness.
