In recent years,China’s national economic income level has been greatly improved,many people choose to travel by private car.With the continuous increase of car ownership in China,a series of problems have emerged,such as: difficult parking,parking disorder,"one minute to go out,ten minutes to find a parking space" has become the main current situation of parking.The problem of difficult and expensive parking is not only the main problem of a city,but also the main problem of the whole society.Some parking lots are idle,but the car owners on the road can not find the parking lot,and the resources can not be used scientifically and reasonably.In order to balance the demand for such resources,the main way to solve the problem is to provide intelligent parking service to users through the Internet of things technology.Through the demand investigation of car owners,parking lot administrators,operation and maintenance service personnel,inspection personnel,etc.,the functional requirements of intelligent parking management system are sorted out: intelligent operation and maintenance management system,parking management system,parking service app,inspection app,etc.There are vehicles running on the road for 7 * 24 hours.In order to provide parking service for these vehicles,the system also needs to provide continuous and stable service to users for 7 * 24 hours.Through the Internet of things technology to obtain the relevant information of the parking space and other sensing nodes,through the Nb IOT(narrow band Internet of things)technology,the collected data information of the perception node is transmitted to the server for storage and management,so as to realize the information communication between hardware and software.According to the needs of the actual business,the system is divided into layers and the interfaces in each layer are defined.Each business function has a certain relationship,and the specific operation process is described by sequence diagram.Business data information is stored in the database,according to the design requirements of the third paradigm,the database is designed in detail.In order to further improve the personalized information service,this paper uses genetic K-means clustering algorithm(genetic K-means)Algorithm,referred to as: GKA)to the navigation path scheduling analysis,the optimized scheduling algorithm is applied to the intelligent parking management system,through the application,the optimized hybrid genetic algorithm efficiency is greatly improved,and the scheduling is very scientific.Finally,the specific functions of the system are programmed with Java language and MySQL database technology,and test cases are compiled for specific functions,test cases are executed,and test results are analyzed to ensure that the system has complete functions and stable performance.Based on the Internet of things technology,this paper obtains the relevant information of parking spaces in each parking lot,and displays it on the client side through the information display technology,so that users can choose the parking lot nearby.The intelligent parking management system integrates parking lot,roadside parking space and inspection service company effectively,realizes the scientific and reasonable allocation of resources,maximizes the use of parking resources,facilitates the selection of users,and improves the management efficiency of service companies.
