The Study Of Xi’an Theme Park Planning And Design

The development time of theme park in our country is short, but muchattention has been paid to the theme park with the successful built of Shenzhensplendid China and Xi’an Tang paradise. But the domestic theme parks havemany problems and tourists rarely, the main reason are subject don’t clear,purposive obsolete and bad management.Xi’an Qujiang cool cave Heritage Park is located in the southeast of Xi’anQujiang new district, it is one of the six Qujiang sites park. The park coversabout4.8ha; the surrounding function land about8.1ha. The park length fromeast to west is470m, and a natural loess gully which the width from south tonorth is about80m divided its base into three geographical units. Thereconstructed heritage park use the Wang baochuan’s love story as the main line,use site protection as the core, use love industry as the service object, use theChinese traditional marriage customs and modern love culture to make Chinesefirst panoramic experience type love theme park. It will be an important component of Tang culture industry in national cultural industries demonstrationzone of Xi’an Qujiang new district, and will become the wedding industry basein Xi’an and even more in the northwest of china.This thesis survey and understand the status and classification of themepark through the methods of literature retrieval and surf webs, screening and sortout the basic characteristics and design requirements of the theme parklandscape. Through the theoretical analysis, this thesis summarized the planningconcept, performance method and landscape construction of theme park bylongitudinal analysis and transverse comparison conjunctively methods. Basedon field investigation, interviews and expert exchange, combined with theengineering practice, this thesis analyzed and investigated for the landscapes ofXi’an Qujiang cool cave Heritage Park, and studied the landscape design andlandscape features for Xi’an Qujiang cool cave Heritage Park, found out theproblems and put forward solutions for construction of the Xi’an Qujiang coolcave Heritage Park.Finally, we can draw the conclusion: it is the foundation of the theme parkdevelopment that inheriting regional culture; it is the center of the theme park’slandscape planning that highlight the theme; we need to ensure the landscapecoordinated under the condition of sites protection and maintaining thesustainable development. Through the study, we want to explore a scientific and reasonable form which can suit to the landscape features of Xi’an district,provide help and reference for the theme park construction, and play a realisticguidance role for the landscape construction of the theme park in Xi’an district.
