Landscape Architects' Practicing Process Based On Whole Course Service

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that China's development has entered a new time.With the introduction of ecological civilization into the constitution,the reform of the national ministry and the promotion of the architect responsibility system,the landscape garden industry has new development opportunities.Drawing lessons from the prevailing industry practice system abroad and the development needs of the domestic industry era,this paper puts forward the reform measure of landscape architects' whole-process service,which is urgently needed in our country at present.Through the study of landscape architect's whole-process service,this paper puts forward its practice process.It is expected to promote the reform of the education system of landscape architecture,standardize the market of landscape architecture industry,improve the entry threshold of the industry,enhance the social status and discourse power of relevant professionals.Combined the whole-service concept with the industry norms developed by the International Federation of Consulting Engineers(FIDIC)to propose the concept of full-service services for landscape architects.Drawing on the promotion experience of architect responsibility system in china,from the similarities and differences between the construction industry and the landscape garden industry,the existing problems of the landscape garden industry and the new opportunities for the development of the landscape garden industry,the landscape garden industry is comprehensively reviewed.The gardener's practice system proposed a preliminary construction.On this basis,the landscape gardener practice procedures and content are explored,and the work of the landscape architect should be divided into three stages: the research and planning stage,the design stage and the supervision and operation and maintenance stage.The work content,process and precautions of each stage are discussed in detail,and the practice process of the full-service of landscape architects is constructed.Based on the above research,this paper explores the realization form and talent cultivation of landscape architects,and proposes the realization form of the full-service of landscape architects: changing concepts,taking advantage of national development opportunities,improving legislation and related professional qualification systems,improving FIDIC contract system,Reform the engineering measurement pricing model and promote the integration of landscape gardening responsibilities and responsibilities.The status quo,problems,social education and the ability of landscape architects to provide full service services are discussed in detail.Generally speaking,the research on the whole process of the landscape gardener's service practice is only a way.The ultimate goal is to promote the development of the landscape garden industry and clarify the social duties and obligations of the landscape architect.
