In recent years, as appliances becoming more and more popular, the updated speed also faster and faster,how to deal with abandoned appliances have become the focus of widespread concern.Also,people’s environmental awareness has also been enhanced,and the consumer are increasingly high green performance requirements to appliances, the formulation and implementation about related environmental laws and regulations, so the appliances green design has become an inevitable trend for sustainable development of the appliances manufacturing enterprise. In this paper, a combination of the basis of domestic and international research,tightly around the theme of appliances green design, focusing on detailed studies the key technology of appliances green design appliances green design program evaluation methods and optimization of green appliances design program and so on.Firstly, this paper describes the definition of green appliances, and presentes the characteristics of green appliances.For these features.from appliances structural propertiesã€Âenvironmental propertiesã€Âenergy propertiesã€Âgreen manufacturingã€Âgreen packaging and recycling of products, etc., this paper discusses in detail the key technology of appliances green design,and describes the implementation process of the key technology of appliances green design.Secondly,this paper focuses on the evaluation method of green appliance design program. In order to be more efficient, more scientific, more intuitive evaluation the appliances green design, this paper uses reference evaluation methodã€Âthe green performance degreeã€Âthe possible degree of green performance a few concepts, detailed studies the calculation of green performance degree and possible degree of green performance.Reference evaluation method is refers to compare green performance of related laws or regulations, and standards for various industries, obtaine the performance gap between the design program and reference products,then check whether this gap is the desired design goals, through these process to determine the eligibility of initial design program. The green performance degrees can describe visually the green performance of products, and only consider the product’s green performance. The possible degree of green performance can reflect overall the pros and cons of the design program,which takes into account the performance of green appliances, and integration of the feasibility of the design, to provide an intuitive clear reference method for manufacturing companies.Thirdly, the paper discusses further optimization of the design program,studies the search optimization method. Its idea is to determine the profitability target of the appliances manufacturing companies, and search other green performance indicators within the target. The other green performance indicators must meet the requirements of the indicators,and try to make the product green degree to achieve optimal performance. Then along the direction of increasing profitability indicators continue to search for the optimal step eligible, making the possible degree of green performance and the profitability indicators both been increased.The green performance degree of appliances will not be below a certain degree of limited value, in order to achieve the optimization of green appliances design program.
