| With the development of the city and the need for mechanized road cleaning,the market demand for road sweepers is increasing.The core working device of the road sweeper is its pneumatic conveying system.The performance of the system determines the cleaning performance,fuel consumption and noise.At present,the research on the pneumatic conveying system of the road sweeper is mainly focused on single components,and the matching design research for the entire pneumatic conveying system is still less.It is necessary to carry out research on the entire pneumatic conveying system of the road sweeper,in order to master the key technologies of the pneumatic conveying system of the road sweeper,so as to solve the problems of poor sweeping performance and high noise of the road sweeper.This paper takes sweeper as the research object,designing its pneumatic conveying system,and establishing the entire model and simulation analysis method of pneumatic conveying system according to the existing pneumatic conveying system.The flow field analysis,optimization design and experimental verification of the pneumatic conveying system were carried out by applying this method,which provides a reference for the design of the pneumatic conveying system of the series of sweepers.The specific research content is as follows:According to the standard of the sweeper and the principle of picking up,the performance evaluation index of the sweeper is determined,the characteristics of the road sweeper’s work object-pavement garbage and air were analyzed,and the starting speed and static pressure formula needed to pick up the garbage were obtained.The air volume and pressure required by the system are calculated;the design principles of key components are proposed,and each component is preliminarily designed according to the design principles,thereby obtaining the original model of the pneumatic conveying system;and then exploring and establishing the entire modeling,simulation analysis and performance evaluation methods of the pneumatic conveying system by the existing pneumatic conveying system;Using this method,the pneumatic conveying systemof preliminary design was simulated and analyzed,according to the simulation results,the fan and suction were simulated and optimized separately,and performing simulation analysis on the optimized pneumatic conveying system again.The optimized pneumatic conveying system is installed for air volume and pressure test and operation performance test.When the fan speed is 3000r/min,the pollution degree is 300g/m2 and the vehicle speed at 3km/h,the cleaning efficiency reaches is 97.8%,the operating noise is lower than the standard requirement of 8d B(A),and the operating performance is significantly better than the standard requirement. |
