The construction industry is one of the pillar industries of China’s national economy and the main driving force for economic growth.At present,China’s construction industry production management generally has problems of low efficiency,poor quality,and high loss.In order to reduce resource waste and promote the building industry to improve quality and efficiency,the state has issued a number of programmatic documents to guide enterprises to build information and wisdom sites.The construction industry is an information-intensive industry,and the success of construction projects relies heavily on accurate,timely and usable data.The construction project has long construction period,many specialties and many units involved,which makes the information collection process difficult,and the delay,distortion and loss in the information transmission process.The existence of these problems greatly reduces the efficiency of project decision-making.quality.In particular,in dealing with construction site information,most of them are still labor-intensive manual treatment,resulting in delays in construction time,cost overruns,and poor communication of information.The emergence of APP technology based on wireless communication network provides powerful technical support for effectively solving the problem of information collection,transmission and application in project management.The construction APP transmits the information of the job site to the relevant personnel in the most convenient way through intelligent mobile terminals(such as mobile phones,tablet computers,etc.),laying a data foundation for production decisions.However,there is a gap between technology design and technology application.Although the benefits of building APP for construction project management are obvious,unless the construction APP is widely adopted and used by industry insiders,these benefits cannot be realized.At present,most research on construction APP focuses on the technical point of view,and there are few studies on the factors that influence its characteristics and influence.This paper analyzes the willingness of relevant enterprises to adopt construction APP in construction project management from the perspective of the overall perspective and the construction project-related enterprises,and discusses the problems in the development of construction APP.Through the review and analysis of the literature on the adoption of a large number of information technologies,the TTF model and the TOE model are added to explore the influencing factors of the willingness to adopt the construction APP in the construction project management from the technical,social and organizational levels.The technical aspects include task characteristics,technical features,There are three factors in the matching of task technology.The social level includes two factors: social pressure and social impact.The organizational level includes two factors: enterprise structure and organizational technology training.This paper uses the Likert 7-scale to design the questionnaire,and recovers 295 valid questionnaires.Using the partial least-square method and SmartPLS software to make a hypothesis test on the model,the following conclusions are drawn: the construction project management task characteristics are positively correlated with the task/technical matching degree;The APP technical characteristics are positively correlated with the task/technical matching degree;the task/technical matching degree is positively correlated with the user’s adoption of the building APP behavior;the task/technical matching degree is positively correlated with the user’s performance expectation;the social pressure positively affects the user performance expectation;the enterprise structure Positively affecting user performance expectations;organizational technology training is positively affecting performance expectations;performance expectations are positively related to users’ willingness to adopt construction APP;efforts are expected to be positively related to users’ willingness to adopt construction APP;promoting conditions and users’ willingness to adopt construction APP Positive correlation;the willingness to adopt is positively related to the user’s adoption of the construction APP.According to the research results,this paper stands in the perspective of construction enterprises and software developers,and proposes the adoption of construction APP in construction project management.
