The concrete face rockfill dam is a kind of earth-rock dam type with the rockfill as the main material and the concrete face as the anti-seepage main body on the upstream side.Compared with the traditional earth-rock dam,it has the advantages of simple construction,strong adaptability and high operational safety.The advantage is the dam type with stronger competitiveness and application prospects.After several decades of rapid development,it has made some achievements in design,construction and theoretical research.However,the design of the dam type is still in the empirical stage,and the theoretical and numerical analysis methods of the dam type are put forward higher and higher requirements.Therefore,the analysis and evaluation of dam safety monitoring data that has been safely operated for more than ten years is of great significance to the development of concrete face rockfill dams,and the research on the health diagnosis of concrete face rockfill dams is also carried out important.In this paper,an example of the concrete face rockfill dam of a reservoir is used to conduct an in-depth study on the health diagnosis monitoring and simulation analysis of the concrete face rockfill dam,and the following main work is carried out:(1)According to the structural characteristics of the concrete face rockfill dam,the safety monitoring methods and related monitoring instruments,monitoring design principles and monitoring data analysis methods of the dam type are systematically summarized,and the numerical simulation calculation of the concrete face rockfill dam is involved.The rockfill model,the finite element calculation method and related theories are briefly explained.(2)The Duncan E-B model is used to create a finite element calculation model for seepage and stress deformation of a concrete faced rockfill dam of a reservoir.Based on the research and analysis of nonlinear finite element calculation,the special simulation problems such as contact surface and loading application mode in the simulation calculation of concrete face rockfill dam are studied and analyzed.And the contact surface is made of a thickness-free Goodman contact unit and a graded applied load.These are carried out that the finite element simulation calculation and analysis of the seepage and stress deformation of the concrete face rockfill dam.It shows that the variation of seepage and stress deformation is consistent with the general rule of concrete face rockfill dam.(3)Qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the monitoring data of a concrete face rockfill dam of a reservoir were carried out by using various methods such as mapping method,eigenvalue comparison method and regression model statistical method.The variation curves of each monitoring amount were drawn and established a statistical model of seepage monitoring.(4)The finite element calculation results of the dam are compared with the actual monitoring results.The analysis results show that the simulation calculation results are basically consistent with the change rules of the monitoring results.The above research is analyzed and the operational status of the concrete face rockfill dam is referred to the relevant specifications,and made a safety evaluation.(5)Combined with the demand analysis of the reservoir management unit and the research results of this paper,the research on the structure,function and target realization process of the system platform,the construction of the dam operation management information system platform,and the system platform is applied to the reservoir example,a new model of dam informationization supervision was established.
