In recent years,natural disasters have occurred frequently.Landslides,rock mass collapse,mudslides,volcanic eruptions and other disasters have caused a large number of earth and stone mixtures or Karst materials to block the river to form a dammed body,causing the water level of the river to rise and forming a dammed lake to avoid secondary disasters.At the same time,waste becomes a treasure,and the treatment method and comprehensive development and utilization of the dammed lake are one of the key technical problems.The Yangshuping was formed in the 1970s.It was formed by paving roads in the fried mountains.After many years of settlement and artificial stone extraction,the current status of the cofferdam deposits was about 140,000 M3,and about 20,000 m3 of water was stored all year round.The surface is piled up.Stone is uneven and overgrown with weeds.There are no anti-seepage protection measures,the leakage of the damper is serious,and there is a risk of dam failure at any time,and Wuyihongdao and water discharge facilities.Once heavy rain falls suddenly,the flood overflows,seriously affecting the safety of life and property of the downstream people.At the same time,Yangshuipingsai Lake is located in the 5A National Scenic Area in the Black Valley and is located in the Karst area.The water shortage in the scenic spot is very serious.In order to make full use of water resources and completely eliminate the hidden dangers of damming lake,it is necessary to carry out risk removal and reinforcement treatment on damming lake.This article analyzes the causes of damming lake and the impact on local social and economic development.The primary data collection and comprehensive management measures for damming bodies have been carried out.The main achievements include:(1)to collect and analyze the hydrological,meteorological,catchment area and other data of the basin where Yan Sehu is located,and to carry out flood analysis and calculation;Combined with the local social and economic situation,the necessity analysis of comprehensive utilization of damming lake.(2)Through Geological investigation,the main components and physical and mechanical indicators of the cofferdam body are identified,providing important support for the stability analysis of the cofferdam lake.(3)Through multi-scheme technical and economic comparison,an economical,reasonable and feasible reinforcement plan for removing risks was put forward,and new upstream anti-seepage walls,new spillways,new pumping houses,and new observation facilities were added to achieve the goal of eliminating risks.(4)After the comprehensive management of the dammed lake,the annual water supply reached 2.28 million M3,and the annual water supply revenue reached 3.42 million/year,bringing considerable economic and social benefits.(5)The complex genesis of the dammed lake has laid a good foundation for the future coordination and unification of the treatment measures and the comprehensive development and utilization of similar dammed lakes.
