Design Of Test-bed For Yacht Gearbox Drive System

The yacht gearbox should bear the spiral slurry thrust when working,and work in the high temperature and wet environment,for a long time,the yacht gearbox is easy to wear and even fail.In addition,improper operation of staff,serious will also lead to yacht gearboxes can not work properly.Therefore,it is of great significance to ensure the performance of yacht gearbox and improve the service life of yacht gearbox.The marine gearbox bench test method(Standard No.CB/T 4149 / 2011)specifies the performance test,type test and factory test methods for marine gearboxes.Referring to this method,a marine gearbox test bench is designed.To meet the requirements of marine gearbox bench test,no-load test,load test and clutch performance test are required.The marine gearbox test platform designed by the system is a rotating test platform.In order to avoid excessive energy loss in fatigue test,a closed system is adopted to build a test platform through common DC bus technology,which can save energy and high efficiency.The overall structure of the platform is composed of driving motor(driving device),input detection device,tested gear box,output detection device and loading motor(load device).The system uses LabVIEW programming technology,uses Yanhua number acquisition board card,constructs the measurement and control system,displays the gearbox speed,torque,pressure,temperature and other parameters on the instrument,intuitionistic and convenient,and transmits to the computer through serial port,carries on the database storage.It ensures the effective query of the data.The computer controls the starting and stopping of the driving motor,the speed of the driving motor,the starting and stopping of the loaded motor,the torque of the loaded motor and the automatic shift of the gearbox through the Yanhua board card,thus realizing the automation of the whole test flow.In order to ensure the safety of the test,the alarm function is added.When the parameters are abnormal,the system stops automatically and is stable and reliable.The system runs stably.And the system is stable.
