With these ideas of the “Internet+ traffic”,the wisdom of the city,intelligent transportation and traffic big data continue to deepen,the thought that the Internet blood in other industries has gradually matured.Traffic,the important elements that connect people,cars,roads,and our lives,it will also add new foliage through the Internet.This paper briefly discusses the form and characteristics of traffic accidents in recent years.With the help of JFinal framework and the related information technologies of WebGIS,the traffic accident analysis system is developed.The system is based on the B/S mode,uses JFinal WEB MVC based on Java language to carry on the system development,uses the open source MySQL to realize the spatial data and the attribute data management.In addition,the system relies on multiple road sections model of traffic accidents,it mainly realizes the functions such as input module of urban traffic accident data,visualization module of accident information,inquiry and analysis module of accident data and road safety degree analysis module to provide accurate information support and decision support for the traffic management department.This article mainly studies the system from the following aspects:(1)The research and development of WebGIS+traffic is discussed at home and abroad,with the latest WebGIS technology as the basic theory,analysis with WebGIS and combined with the traffic,and finally through the WebGIS technology to show all aspects of traffic accidents.(2)The key technology of system development is researched,with the analyses of the mature technology and popular framework,and grasp the overall development method,making system development framework and method.(3)Analyses were conducted on the multiple locations of urban road traffic accidents.Through the comparative analysis of the identification methods,making the method of corresponding with identifying the multiple locations of road traffic accidents in Urumqi,and the algorithm implementation process of the method is studied.Finally,the system is developed by the above manner.(4)Through the research to the system demand analysis,design and realization of each function module of the system,analysis system of traffic accidents in Urumqi road is developed,and provide query,analysis of accident information and road security level.On the other hand,the system will provide the road traffic management,traffic accident analysis,accident prevention and decision support,is an essential work to realize the wisdom of the city of Urumqi City.To sum up,it plays a crucial role in promoting the progress of science and technology in transportation industry,providing a more scientific basis to decision makers and accelerating the construction of smart city in Urumqi.
