The transmission error generated during the meshing of the gear is the main cause of the gear whine.In the forward development of the transmission,the gear whine is reduced mainly by controlling the peak-to-peak value of the static transmission error and its harmonic order.However,on the basis of static torsional deformation of the system during the actual meshing process of the gear,it is also affected by factors such as the speed excitation torque fluctuation and the structural resonance generated.Therefore,The influence factors of gear transmission error and its relationship with vibration and noise during speed excitation are studied in this paper.A static transmission error analysis model is established,and the correctness of the shell finite element in the imported model is guaranteed by modal experiments.Through the control variable method,the effects of torque,shape modification parameters,housing flexibility,installation and manufacturing errors and other factors on static transmission error are analyzed.It can be concluded that during the meshing process,the gear surface is imperfect under low torque,the surface spurs and other factors affect the static transmission error peak-to-peak value,and increase the gear system installation and manufacturing gap,which is beneficial to improve the tooth surface meshing.When the medium torque is reached,the gear surface meshing is close to the ideal condition,and the peak-to-peak value of the static transmission error of the gear reaches the minimum value;under high torque,the gear itself and the overall deformation of the system increase,resulting in an increase in the peak-to-peak value of the static transmission error.Gear modification and installation and manufacturing errors mainly affect the peak-to-peak value of the static transmission error of the gear by adjusting the contact state of the gear during the meshing process.The flexibility of the housing has little effect on the peak-to-peak value of the static transmission error.A dynamic transmission error analysis model was established to analyze the effects of rotational speed,shape modification parameters,structural flexibility and torque fluctuation on dynamic transmission error.The increase of the speed will increase the dynamic transmission error fluctuation range,while the low gear dynamic transmission error spectrum peak gear is mainly affected by the gear meshing frequency of the gear.On the basis of the high gear,the shell is flexible and non-working.The influence of the gear meshing frequency increases;The influence of structural flexibility on the dynamic transmission error value under medium and high torque is greater than the dynamic transmission error under low torque.Compared and analyzed the dynamic transmissionerror spectrum diagram under different rigid structures can accurately find the cause of some peaks of dynamic transmission error.The fluctuation of the amplitude causes the gear to change at each moment of the meshing process compared with when the torque does not fluctuate,resulting in the dynamic transmission error of the gear exhibiting a change consistent with the amplitude fluctuation.The calculation results of the same torque dynamic transmission error model at low speed are compared with the static error model calculation results: the peak value of the dynamic transmission error is larger than the peak value of the static transmission error,but the harmonic order of the gear is consistent.It shows that the components of the two models are basically consistent in structure and performance parameter settings.The experimental results of the vibration response of the shell prove that the shell response calculated by the dynamic transmission error model is closer to the actual situation than the shell response calculated based on the static transmission error model.At the same time,analyzed the shell response results calculated by the dynamic transmission error model can reduce the vibration peak of the casing in a targeted manner,which is beneficial to reduce the vibration of the transmission.
