Hydraulic transmission is widely used in various fields of the national economy,and it has achieved significant technical and economic benefits.Aiming at the problem of insufficient efficiency of traditional hydraulic transmission devices,this paper studies a new type of hydraulic mechanical transmission-Tuanzhong transmission.Tuanzhong transmission can achieve constant speed transmission with the ratio of output speed to input speed of 1 under rated conditions.In this case,it can also take into account the characteristics of flexibility and high efficiency.Today,when environmental protection and energy security are increasingly being valued,the research on high-efficiency and high-performance transmission devices is particularly important.In this paper,theoretical analysis combined with bench test method is used to study Tuanzhong transmission,and its static transmission characteristics and dynamic transmission characteristics are analyzed.Establish the dynamic model of the power unit-transmission device-loading device and conduct simulation analysis.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:This paper introduces a new type of hydraulic mechanical transmissionTuanzhong transmission and discusses the transmission principle and characteristics of this transmission.According to the structure of the transmission,it is divided into three components,namely the planet carrier component,the ring gear component and the bucket wheel component.The parameters of each component are counted to lay the foundation for subsequent research.In addition,the test device is introduced.The static transmission characteristics of Tuanzhong transmission are studied.During the loading process,the transmission will enter torsion pendulum transmission and slip transmission in turn from constant velocity transmission.The maximum output torque under constant velocity transmission is calculated,and the relationship between output torque and bucket wheel rotation angle under swing transmission is analyzed.Based on the relationship,the torque superposition method is proposed to calculate the output torque under the slip state,and the static transmission characteristics of Tuanzhong transmission are verified through experiments.The dynamic transmission characteristics of Tuanzhong transmission are studied.The mechanism of the interaction force between the oil and the bucket wheel is analyzed in detail,and three action forms of the oil on the rotation resistance torque of the bucket wheel are proposed.Based on the experimental phenomenon,the oil suspension area formed in the transmission when the bucket wheel rotates at high speed is studied,and the positive feedback effect during the formation and collapse of the oil suspension area is analyzed based on the experimental data.The dynamic model of the bucket wheel in the transmission was established,and the force of the oil on the bucket wheel was calculated.The steady-state mathematical model of the asynchronous motor and the mathematical model of the eddy current brake are introduced.The dynamic modeling of the system composed of power plant,transmission and load device is carried out,and the output characteristics of the system under certain input conditions are simulated and analyzed.
