New age is often accompanied by the emergence of new possibilities,catering space,as an indispensable part of people's life,Chinese style restaurant space in the new era is endowed with more mission,tend to be more on the natural elements of the design intention and deconstruction,care of the humanities spirit,to the continuation of historical context.As a representative element of natural elements,water is closely related to people's life.As a kind of processing technique,"water treatment" is a reflection of culture.Chinese traditional manage water technique contains the infinite vitality and aesthetic,to manage water technique and gardening technique,is applied to the design of Chinese style restaurant space,and the organic combination of the dining space,can let Chinese style restaurant space better germination new vigor and creation.In this paper,the main research on the method of water treatment,the theoretical exploration of it,and the organic combination of it with the catering space.The content is divided into four stages.First stage to define the basic concept and principle of water in the garden style paper summarizes the basic performance,the paper proof materials,and puts forward the practical significance and application of its existence in the process of contradiction.The second stage is based on the analysis of the method of water treatment,and then the analysis of the water management in Chinese restaurant space.To the basic element of water extraction,carries on the symbolization of deconstruction restructuring,thus forming a new aesthetic language by audience awareness in the field to the call of the humanistic spirit,thus causing the return of cultural memory.Besides,the paper also reviews the relevant literatures and the combination of actual cases,and defines the theoretical basis and guiding ideology to be followed in the thesis.The third stage is elaborated in the Chinese style restaurant space water technique application,from the division of space form,the performance of the light and shadow,skin interface decorative,as well as the venue of the spirit of historical context inheritance and extension.At the same time,the design pattern,the design language,and the cultural properties of the water in the dining space are elaborated.Fourth stage through the heart h and dining space design of actual case analysis,based on the practice of the way to summarize,the feasibility of the principle of water technique for later people continue to study the principle of water technique used to give some ideas and thinking.Culture disappearing in the old and the new culture in the face,to manage water technique itself has the cultural attribute carries on the theoretical analysis,between people and space can be fully realized in the workplace interaction,with the humanities that emotional experience to feel the trace of time.Using the collision and conflict between traditional culture and modern design techniques,the two are fused and remolded to achieve the integration of space and time,and the unity of culture and material.
