Research On "Matrix" Management Of XGDL Machinery Division

In recent years,with the continuous intensification of competition in the construction machinery industry,the profit margin of products is constantly squeezed,and the requirements for the organizational structure are constantly improving.Clear,perfect and strategic organization can further enhance the management level of enterprises,enhance the synergy of the system and market aggression.Matrix organization is favored by many enterprises because of its characteristics of sharing resources,promoting vertical and horizontal links,strong adaptability and high efficiency.While accelerating the pace of internationalization,XG Group has changed its management from the original strategic holding type to the strategic management type.Therefore,under the new normal environment,the economic development mode,domestic industry competition and the strategic requirements of XG Group's transformation and upgrading are the main backgrounds for the construction and implementation of matrix operation management system of XGDL Machinery Division.Guided by the theoretical basis of matrix management organization,this paper uses case analysis,literature induction and normative analysis methods to analyze the application of this theory in matrix organization structure from the perspective of organizational structure theory and performance management theory.This paper is closely related to enterprise management.Taking XGDL Machinery Department as an example,it analyses the current situation of development of XGDL Machinery Department,the development process of organizational structure,and the effectiveness of matrix management.At the same time,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the current situation of matrix organizational structure of XGDL machinery department,the existing problems in the process of organizational structure construction are found out,and from the perspective of system environment,division of power and responsibility,communication channels,personnel training and performance appraisal,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the efficiency of matrix operation and management of XGDL machinery department are given.The research of matrix operation management system combined with the actual operation of enterprises has certain guiding value and practical significance for the management innovation of large and medium-sized construction machinery industry and the reform of XGDL business department under the new normal economic situation.
