In recent years,asphalt pavement has gradually replaced the traditional cement concrete pavement because of its high smoothness,excellent driving comfort,no joint and good skid resistance.However,the early damage of asphalt pavement,the often occurrence of pit?network crack?rut and other problems,not only bring harm to road users,but also difficult to achieve the required service life of the road.In view of these problems existing in asphalt pavement,there are two kinds of solutions at present,the first solution is to modify asphalt to improve the performance of asphalt;The second is to add admixture to asphalt mixture,which not only modifies asphalt mixture but also modifies the structure of asphalt mixture,so as to improve the road performance of asphalt mixture comprehensively.For the purpose of the present invention.Based on the latter,on the basis of responding to the energy-saving and environmental protection of the country,the synthesis and preparation of the compound anti-rutting direct-casting agent is carried out by fully utilizing the product Fischer-Tropsch wax in the coal refining process.With the similarity of the molecular structure of Fischer-Tropsch wax and Sasobit,the performance of Fischer-Tropsch wax is even more than that of Sasobit by refining the Fischer-Tropsch wax.On the basis of consulting the raw material formula of the anti-rutting agent,the initial material is selected according to the properties of the Fischer-Tropsch wax and the properties of the road,and the determination,compounding and kneading of the initial material content are carried out according to the related properties of the initial material.The initial formulation of the material was determined by means of property test,and then the amount of Fischer-Tropsch wax and resin B was determined.Then the granulation,high and low temperature and water stability of the product were tested.The mixing temperature of the direct-dosing agent was determined by the change of Marshall physical and mechanical indexes at different temperatures,and the mixing time of the direct-dosing agent was confirmed by the orthogonal experiment of three factors and four levels,and the change of Marshall physical and mechanical index under different dosages,high temperature?low temperature and water stability the mathematical expression is used to determine the reasonable dosage of the direct dosing agent.In addition,the mechanism of asphalt modified by direct-dosing agent was revealed by testing the three indexes of asphalt modified,the viscosity-reducing effect and the adhesion property of aggregate.The shear strength of the mixture was tested by uniaxial penetration test combined with unconfined compressive test.The analysis and study of the two parameters of the C and ? value to judgment of the internal structural characteristics of the mixture,so that reveal the mechanism of the strength change of the mixture.In addition,uniaxial penetration test,unconfined compression test and moire circle are used to calculate the strength theoretical parameters of the value of C and ?.Finally,by using the professional image processing software of IPP,the change of the area of the direct-dosing agent after dry mixing,the ratio of the length to short of the circumferential ellipse,the maximum radius,the minimum radius and the radius ratio are used to analyze the morphological changes of the direct-dosing agent.The dispersion of direct-dosing agent under different dry mixing time was analyzed,by using IPP professional image processing software to compare and analyze the coverage rate of aggregate with direct-dosing agent at different mixing time.It is concluded that the dispersion of direct-dosing agent in dry mix 60S is relatively uniform.
