The phenomenon of overloading vehicle is serious, which leads to different degrees of damage on many pavement, especially the problem of rut. Pavement rutting phenomenon not only seriously affected the comfort of driving and safety, but also greatly shorten the life of pavement, which is the most harmful destruction of the asphalt pavement. The expects also think that it is urgent to solve the problem of rutting. Although a lot of research has been made in our country, and also many measures have been taken, these measures cannot solve the problem of rutting completely. Many research institutions overseas did a lot of experiments and research, prove that adding anti-rutting additive is one of effective way to improve the pavement anti-rutting asphalt mixture performance.PR PLAST S anti-rutting additive is in the trial in traffic construction in China since 2001, at the same time also introduces the new train of thought of modified asphalt mixture to the environment of China’s transportation construction; So far, it has been widespread used in many domestic highway or test road paving and the contents of the material after the mixture of various performance indicators of the system test, through a series of tracking and investigation are carried out, which is sufficient to confirm after adding PR PLAST S anti-rutting agent of road asphalt mixture is strengthen the stability and performance.In this study, take the Ningwu highway construction projects in Fujian Province as background, combined with high temperatures and rainy weather in the mountains, load characteristics in Fujian Province. Mixes anti-rutted asphalt PR PLAST S matrix asphalt mixture, SBS modified asphalt mix strength-water stability, low temperature cracking resistance, high temperature stability test comparative analysis, which proves that the resistance to high temperature performance, especially in improving the pavement performance advantages PR PLAST S anti-rutting additive.At the same time, the use of the UTM dynamic servo test system under different test temperature and loading frequency on adding PR PLAST S, SBS modified asphalt mixture with the substrate for dynamic modulus test, the dynamic modulus of asphalt mixture, which analyzed the influence factors of the dynamic modulus, as well as the forecast of dynamic modulus of asphalt mixture design accessory methods.Finally, through the construction of Nanping section in NingWu highway, B1 contract period of PR PLAST S test road paving, expounds the construction technology and the control method of construction process quality, as well as analyzes its economic benefit and adaptability. |
